Everything Gutter

I received a call within a day or two of purchasing. On the phone I was asked if I wanted to set a specific time or have them come as soon as they can when in the area. I said to come anytime, the sooner the better. I got off the phone maybe ~4 PM and then received a text from my wife saying they were there (probably within an hour after I got off the phone)! I didn't get to tell her they would be coming since I didn’t think they would come that fast. This was perfectly fine with us! Gutters were cleaned fast and efficiently. They even did all the gutters for the price even though I may have been slightly over the 200 feet. Would recommend again. For the price and service, will most likely use them again.

Prompt, professional, courteous and did the job. Couldn't ask for more! Do not hesitate to use this contractor.

They cleaned the gutters just fine, as scheduled.

This deal is all about them selling you a "plan" for having all gutters cleaned on a regular schedule. I sent them pictures of the gutters I wanted them to clean. They just showed up one day and cleaned what they wanted and left. Don't bother with these guys.

This was an AngiesList deal for cleaning of my gutters. The leaves were filling my gutter and causing water backup so this needed to be done. The company was fine, responded quickly to my message and sent someone out the following week. I have a really high, steep roof line so I wouldn't feel comfortable getting on a ladder myself to clean the gutters. For $85, it was a fair deal but I was surprised a bit by the price considering it's just two guys with leaf blowers on the roof. It took them about 10-15 minutes to clean my gutters so it seems a bit pricey considering what was done. The job was fine but wish they had actually blown away all of the wet, nasty leaves they got out of my gutters.

They came out and performed the job. They did not try to talk us into additional work, but instead listened to concerns we had and made suggestions. We are planning to use them for future work.

showed up without calling me as I requested. Charged me 50% more then we agreed (did gutters that has rain guard and charged me for them despite my request not to do these). I paid because it was too much problem to get this fixed (I have trouble getting them on the phone). I canceled all future service

No issues whatsoever. Did the cleaning and went above and beyond for the downspouts even though that is not normally part of the service. Our HOA provided cleaning was basically crap and left a lot behind, causing overflow, this resolved that issue.

Besides the lax scheduling the overall service went well.

They did a great job. It was raining the day they came out so they forgot to do one of the horizontal gutters. I called to let them know and they came out the next day and cleaned it.

It went okay. They charged me an extra of $50 which they told me over the phone before they came. I don't think my house is bigger than a hundred feet but he charged me anyway. I didn't ask him for anything else. They did an okay job.

It looks like it went ok. I found all the debris on the ground. I would have liked to have known when they were coming so i could have spoken to the provider and discussed potential improvements for moving rain off my roof. Also, they left a pretty big mess against the side of my neighbor's house when they got the leaves/branches off my roof. I would use them again, but would like to know when they're coming so i could be here when they showed up.

It went fine, I wasn't in the area, but they seemed to do everything that was requested. They did everything that needed to be done. The seemed to do a good job for everything that I was using them for. The big deal was the only cost. It was a couple of weeks after the purchase. I know that they don't do bad work. I seemed reasonable. If they were on there I would use them again.

After some challenges connecting over the phone we were able to schedule a good time and the team was their promptly. The gutters were cleaned and there was no mess to be found. I also appreciate that they had my son move his recently washed car as to prevent any spray of dirty leaves!

Only cleaning nothing special.

Left leaf and other yard waste on back deck, along the rails, and down the siding. It looked disgusting. Was not pleased and will not use this provider again. Did not run a hose with water through the gutters to make sure they were blockage free.

Provider came and cleaned the gutters, they were quick and everything went well. The only thing is we got charged extra after buying the big deal because they said that we had more than 100 ft. We have used other companies and have never been told we were more than 100ft so to be hit with the extra charge... Everything went well but I don?t think we will use them again.

Well THAT did not go well! I am so disappointed! I got a voucher thru Angie's list and scheduled them to come. They did arrive within the 2 day window they gave, but they arrived as it started to rain and with a small truck and a ladder too short. Apparently the truck with all their long ladders broke yesterday. Umm, so I guess they just decided to wing it? First they measured and when they ran the wheel (I followed them) they cheated it up to overestimate! I saw them roll the wheel longer than the space they were measuring!! They then said I would owe more money cause I was slightly over the 100 ft they wanted to charge me $145 which was crazy. I said I would call the office to discuss it. When they started you should have seen these 2 guys trying to get up to my roof. It would have been funny if I was not so afraid. They were slipping everywhere. The one guy was legit afraid. And this was just the front of the house on top of the first story. At one point when they were THROWING the leaf blower to each other (yes, you read that right, while they were on the roof) it FELL off the roof and into my flower bed, breaking one of my herb plants. I gave up watching at that point and went inside. I couldn't take it. So when I went back out to see how things were going a few minutes later they were gone. There was DEBRIS EVERYWHERE, all over my porch, my plants and my walkway. Then I took a look and they never even attempted the back of my house which I cannot imagine how they would get up there anyways. Nothing was said about coming back or when they would/could finish the job. I know the owner keeps bragging about his A rating but look at the math, the bad service will catch up at some point and the ratings will average what they should be. I wish I had read the reviews instead of looking at the overall rating because it looks like the service that was good when they started on Angie has gotten worse over time.

They did a decent job. The actual guy who came to do the work could have had a slightly more professional demeanor/appearance, but overall can't complain.

I had a space where water was overflowing off the roof. I was fairly certain the gutters were clogged as our back yard is full of trees. When I called and spoke to Jimmy, he was thorough in his explanation of the process, timing, etc. The day of service, the technician was on the roof only about 15 minutes. He went so fast I was not able to verify if they were thoroughly cleaned. We had rainfall the next day and he appeared to miss the spot I specifically called for - which made me question what exactly he cleaned in the 15 min! I called Jimmy back and the technician was back the next day to clear out the space missed. Overall I am satisfied with the service based on the responsiveness of the team and the knowledge of Jimmy and his crew. I have signed up for regular maintenance and feel the price is fair based on other estimates I have received in my area. I have recommended them to all my neighbors!

A couple of slate pieces came off while the technician was cleaning the gutter. Unfortunately, he did not speak English and we had trouble communicating with him.

Professional, quick and responsive!

The fellow came promptly, early actually, and did the job. I know he did a good job because otherwise I hear the gutter overflowing when it rains significantly. He did it quickly, and cleaned up after himself. I was very satisfied, and will be having them do the gutters twice a year since my house is surrounded by deciduous trees. I used the "first time user" coupon, and the cost was just $25 more than the coupon which I felt was reasonable. All in all, a good experience.
