Description of Work: I paid $85 for gutter cleaning and they did not call me to make an appointment until weeks later. My gutters were in urgent need of cleaning as they were overflowing so by the time they got back to me I had already paid someone else to do it. I asked for a refund but they would not give me a refund! Thieves!! | |They took my $85 and rendered no services to me. Outrageous!

Description of Work: We called, they sent someone out while we weren't home. They did the work when we weren't home. Have not been on the roof to check what was done. Since we could not verify the quality of they work we have been hestitant to recommend. Were quick to respond and quick to do the job, but not really sure what job they did.

Description of Work: It was a little hard to get in touch with them but they came when they said they would and did a good job.

Description of Work: I purchased a gutter cleaning service. A representative contacted me within 1 business day to organize an appointment within a week, weather permitting. The service was performed and all debris removed from the gutters and the yard. Will definitely utilize Everything Gutter for future services.

Description of Work: Cleaned gutters.. Some debris (evidence it was done) on grass. Price advertised was for a specific measurement that was less than the length of my gutters so paid ;more than $85. Still very reasonable. I can't really speak to the quality of work because I did not inspect.

Description of Work: They refused to make an appointment with me before the opportunity to get a refund expired. Then they never came. I lost my money. When I asked them about an appointment, they did not respond. The appointment was in late November. When I contacted them again in January 2016 to ask why they never kept the appointment and if they planned to keep it, I got no answer. These people should not be allowed on Angie's List.

Description of Work: Phone contact, was to clean gutters in early November. After numerous contact by me, finally came end of December. Had no ladders although I described the 2nd story job. Gutters were cleaned with the help of my husband. A 2nd man arrived days later to do the job, did not know about 1st team had done it already!

Description of Work: For this visit I used the Angie's List coupon for 100ft of cleaning for our 3rd floor gutters as this job is a little too involved for myself or husband to tackle ourselves. Having never had the gutters on my home cleaned before I did not realize that Everything Gutter usually cleans your gutters when it fits into their schedule and you may not be home at the time. I talked to the Owner and explained my concerns about being present for the gutter cleaning. Not only did the employees who preformed the cleaning show up on time but they called ahead as promised to let me know the day and aprox. the time they would arrive. The employees were professional and explained how my gutter system worked in addition to suggesting preventative services. This spring I will need my gutters re-graded and will likely call Everything Gutter for a quote and to possibly schedule the service.

Description of Work: Excellent. Cleaned all the two story gutters and I did not have to be at home when he came. Cleaned up all mess from the gutters.
