Everything Gutter

They completed the work as planned and in a safe an efficient manner. I plan to use this vendor in an ongoing basis.

On or around August 7th 2014 the owner ,Jimmy arrived on time to look at the job. Before he was finished looking at the job , he asked me "Do I go to church?" I answered "no" He then asked me "why not?" I told him "my preferences were my business". He then told me that he asked this of all his customers. He said , the week before , he was at the home of a pagan and they had a colorful discussion. He then continued to preach to me about reading the bible and how I may or may not be mis-understanding it . I politely told him that he needs to speed this up because I had other things to do. He then gave me a verbal quote on the job that was about 3 times higher than any other. I can't prove that he wouldn't give it in writing but flashed it to me on the screen of his smartphone. He then continued to tell me how the death of his son turned his life around and blah blah blah. At this point I'm turning away to leave him there still talking when he stops me and says I want to leave you with this........and he hands me his printed religious pamphlet. So at the end of it all I end up holding ,..not a written estimate but his religious propaganda. I called Angies list to notify them and received a refund.

Very Professional, prompt, and provided several different quotations for roofing/gutter work that is needed for our 22 year old home

Owner called back almost immediately and actually did the work the same day.

Jim was very responsive to the coupon that I purchased on Angie's List. I was hoping to have him within a week, but he actually came out the same day I called! He made the job look effortless and cleaned up after he was done. I'm glad I don't have to worry about that for awhile.

I had the gutters cleaned and also had them put in the strainers so that the leaves don't get into it. I spent about $1600 for them to do the gutters around the entire house. They were pretty good but my difficulty with them is with the scheduling. I'm not sure if they were busy.

Bought the $85 big deal, but our gutters exceeded the limit. New price was within expectations. Good job. Cleaned up around area (no litter left on ground). Would use them again.

I was considering whether to get gutter guards or just get the gutters cleaned. Since the gutters need to get cleaned even with gutter guards, I decided just to get them cleaned out. I used the Big Deal and Everything Gutter was able to schedule me quickly. They did an excellent job and the flow of water definitely improved. I decided to have them add me to their regular maintenance schedule. And just today, they came back for the Fall cleaning. I spoke to the guy and he was very easy to talk to. I asked his advice on the water leaking between the gutter and the stucco. He was able to seal it. He also gave me an estimate for gutter guards, but didn't add any sales pitch pressure. I'll continue to use this company.

It went well and I would hire them again. I did see improvement.

When ordering the service Jimmy was extremely helpful in detailing the service and outlining the options available to me. Provided me with dates where they were available and gave me a fair quote over the phone. His crew arrived as expected and cleaned out the gutters. Spoke with them briefly and the detailed the extent of the clogging that occurred around the house. They were friendly and professional.

Awesome. I called for a quote and reached Jim, the owner in his truck. He pulled to the side of the road to talk to me via bluetooth. He was polite, enthusiastic, and knowledgable. He said he could get someone out to look the job over in the next four days. Thirty minutes later he called and said he was in the area and wanted to know if he could stop by. He arrived ten minutes after that. He made a good impression on me and asked if he could do the job on the spot. We'd already talked price, and he'd suggested a fair one when we were on the phone earlier. I told him to go ahead. Twenty minutes later he was done. He took before and after photos so I could surprise my wife with the service and the 24-year old gutters looked brand new. Very personable, professional, and a pleasure to talk with. I'd recommend him in a heartbeat. Also, I think his company sells gutter replacements and accessories, and he never once tried to upsell me.

THey were fabulous to work with. Came out the next day (before I even expected it), cleaned the gutters and even fixed a part that was broken, which would've cost me more in many cases, but he didn't charge me extra. He was very professional, and could tell he knew his stuff. Told me all about the gutters that I didn't know, and was thorough in his work. I can't say enough about the courtesy and professionalism of Mr. Dehart. I called on a Tuesday to schedule a gutter cleaning since my tenants had just moved out. I have a very busy schedule, so I asked him when I needed to be there to let him in to the back, where the gutters are located. While we were on the phone, he looked up a photo of the property and assured me that, since it was a flat roof, I wouldn't need to be bothered; he would be able to reach them from the front of the property. After finding out this was a rental property, and that I am not always on site to keep up with the maintenance, he stated he would squeeze it in sooner, even though he was scheduling into November. He also agreed to take pictures of the clean gutters for my records. Exactly two days later I had a phone call informing me when he was starting the work, when the work was completed, and pictures sent to my phone for immediate viewing. I would absolutely use Everything Gutter again, and plan to do so on my own home.

Prompt, professional and friendly. Did an excellent job and offered some helpful tips without trying to sell me more services. I would definitely call them again.

We called Everything Gutter when we realized the corners of our gutters were leaking and dripping on our brick and walls of our house. Lou walked around the house with me, explanining what he was going to do. After inspecting our gutter system, he informed use that our system looked good and at this point we only needed to seal the corners. Gave us a price once he did the evaulation so we would know cost ahead of time. Lou was professional, polite, friendly and pleasure to work with. Would definitely rehire, and more importantly, will refer him.

Phone answered immediately, flexible scheduling, service performed two days after call, felt that service and pricing were fair and straightforward and advice was helpful. Appreciated the friendliness, lack of sales pressure!

Very fast response to inquiry. The work was accomplished one day ahead of schedule. Lou, the repairman was highly professional. Jim at their office carefully and completely explained what would be done. Their price was far better than others who do similar work.

Jim showed up on the day he said he would. Also gave first time service discount because we found him on this list. Jim seemed quite knowledgeable about what he was doing. Also quite friendly. Did the work in good time and added advice on how to keep gutters clean and what might happen if not done on a regular basis. Seemed quite professional doing the work. Came prepared to do what he said he would. Discussed further things that could be done to keep the gutters up. Happy with what he did.

Our gutters were a mess (we have gutter guards, they just trap debris, leaves and tulip tree flowers). We've had them cleaned before, and have never been happy with the service. We're very happy to have found Everything Gutter-- a much better experience. First, our gutters are actually clean. Second, they were cleaned on time and on budget. Our gutters are three stories up and very difficult to get to. The service was performed for the quote given. We signed up for a contract since the experience was so good.

Try to call 4 times to given #(877) 573-2653 , but no luck yet .. someone yet to setup appointment and come see the house and do work, it was pre paid $85 for Gutter cleaning and that money gone and gutter is still as is !! Also contacted Angies List twice about this they will check on this .. I should be entitled to get my Money back ! as it was pre-paid !

Good cleaning overall however, technican got water inside all of the windows leaving us hours to clean the inside of the window jambs the rest of the day - not fun

Scheduling with this provider was very difficult.

They did a good job. They came out and performed the job appropriately. Everything went well. They were very professional. I would use them again.

Their quote is right on. They did a good work. So far, the quality of the work is good.
