Everything Gutter

I purchased the $249 gutter installation special and upon speaking to EG, determined that I would be better served with oversized downspouts. These were installed professionally a a fair price.

Everything Gutter cleaned the gutters on our house in early September. A week later we were still noticing a lot of water run off on the back side of the house which seemed like there was still a clog. We contacted Everything Gutter and asked them to come back again. They found that there was a clog in one of the drain pipes and cleared it again at no additional cost. We really appreciated their professionalism and excellent customer service.

Purchased deal for up to 100 feet of gutter cleaning. This was a small job that literally took 15 minutes. The worker threw the clumps of muck and debris down onto my lawn and into my rose bushes! I expected he would then clean up, but he used a leaf blower to break the clumps of muck up and left them all over my lawn. Guess I will be doing the clean up.

They seemed to do a good job and wanted to sell me a yearly maintenance agreement which I am still thinking about. I am writing this review about 4 months after the gutters were cleaned and I recently noticed several weeds growing up out of my gutters to about 8 inches tall. I have never noticed weeds growing out of my gutters in previous years. Makes me wonder about the job they did if there was something left in the gutters in which the weeds could grow. Hmm!

They had to come out twice and they did a great job.

They did a good job and cleaned up well. We signed up for their yearly routine service. Overall, we were very pleased with the service.

They cleaned gutters are the wrong house the first time. They were sorry about the mix up and came out again at no cost. The men who did the work were afraid of heights and joking around a lot. They cleaned the gutters, but it wasn't a great experience that I want to repeat.

They cleaned out the gutters fine, They cleaned up most but not all of the debris.

It's now August!!!! We paid to have the gutters cleaned using there Angie's coupon. They were suppose to clean 100ft of gutters, my home has a 89 ft. They came out cleaned the front, 40 ft, and left. They never cleaned the rest. I contacted the owner who said they would come back and finish the job, we never heard or saw from them again. **Update 08/14/2014** I spoke with Jimmy and he was kind enough to inform me that there was no way that could happen in a million years. I apologized to him for my grievous error in not allowing enough time to pass for a resolution. I look forward to it being resolved in the next 999,999 years and 364 days.

Jake showed up on time and did a great job of cleaning the gutters. He was very polite and friendly. He even removed a few cobwebs that I requested. I was concerned about getting debris on my white goose eggs stones below so he held a box under the gutter to catch any debris that could have fallen. I am a clean freak and Jake meets my very high standards so I really appreciate the care he took. The only problem is that because they do such good work you need to be a bit patient with getting the work scheduled.

It was great. It took about an hour and half to complete. They were on time and did a great job. They were very friendly. Expect a quick response and courteous work.

They cleaned the wrong house the first time. Then the service performed was just ok. Not as clean as I would like. I will try a different service next time.

He came right out and took care of everything before the next heavy storm. He was very nice and I will use him again.

Arrived a day after the scheduled 3-day range - I had phoned on the last of the three days asking when they'd now come, and to my surprise they arrived the next morning. Not really a problem, as they don't need you to be present. At the front of the house the substantial debris from the gutters was tossed randomly onto the lawn, so I had a small cleanup job afterwards - this is only a minor criticism. I had expected, perhaps unreasonably, that the debris would be collected in, for example, a plastic shopping bag for later disposal. The technician was professional and informative. I would use this provider again.

I didn't like the owner because all he did when he called me twice was try to sell me new gutters. All I wanted was the bird's nest cleaned out of my down spout. The owner kept calling to sell me gutters to the point where I had to block his number. His emailed estimate for new gutters was $1300. He finally sent someone to clean out the gutters.

They showed up when they said they would, the company was clear and fair with pricing, they did the job well.

It went great, showed up earlier and completed the job in a timely manner. I'll use them again.

Overall, I am very happy with the end result. We had to play phone tag, but we were able to connect within two days. One thing I really appreciated is they (I'm not sure exactly who did the work) were able to come out while I was at work. One thing however, at the back of house, they left a pile of the stuff from the gutter. I was able to get in touch with the owner and he explained there was no trashcan available for them to put it in and they tried to spread it around. Overall, I'm happy with the service and end result, and the fact that they have a regular cleaning schedule, one less thing for me to remember.

Cleaning done as advertised, 100ft for $89.00. Prompt response after purchasing on Angie's List. I would definitely use this service again.

I purchased a big deal coupon for this company. There was one particular error where I needed the other clean and he did clean it. I would say all the experience wasn't that great because first of all we tried to schedule for him to come at a particular time and the first date he could give me was a week ahead. That was rather long and we agreed that if he had a space he would try to come but he would call first. He then gave me a good day but then a guy turned up who was not the owner, maybe one of the co-workers, suddenly without calling and the first thing I noticed was a guy climbing up on the front of my house on a ladder. It wasn't at the time that he had pointed out. He just turned up. I said that you need to call me first so I can point out to you which gutter that needs cleaning. He just started climbing on a particular gutter. They came unannounced. It was a good thing that I was home. I pointed out which gutter needed to be cleaned. He had attended to that. It was only a very small section, literally it was like I would say less than six feet. The reach was high up. He cleaned that and he was about to be done and I asked if he could flush the downspout because I wanted to make sure the whole thing was clean. He was a little bit reluctant to do it but he did it. Then when he was done he left. There could have been other areas that he could have cleaned. All he did was clean six feet and he was gone. That was it. It was rather expensive for what he did. It took him ten minutes. He didn't turn up at the agreed date and the guy just turned up on a different day and then the section I needed him to deep clean, it was a small section less than six feet. The groupon was for a hundred feet I think, he did about six feet, I then had to tell him to clear the downspout, he was really procrastinating to do this. He wanted to clean and then go. Obviously that could have been cleaned but he kind of left. All in all I felt he wasn't very attentive. He wanted to do one thing and then go. When I used them again? Probably not. I had difficulty trying to get them to come in the first place. All in all it wasn't a very good impression.

Showed up and cleaned the gutters and left their card in the mail. Gutters were clean all winter with no problems. I would hire again. Thank you!

The provider did and great job at trying to get this job complete because the cold winter impeded us. The work was done and I did not have to be home. My gutters are now free flowing.
