+ 0 moreService took approximate four days do to weather and discovery of multiple layers of roofing material on old roofs. Each roof had two to three layers. The gentlemen worked in between the rain storms (each day) to minimize any additional damage to the interior of the house. They were very kind and explained the progress of each day prior to leaving. The owner was present each day and performed some of the work himself.
Description of Work: Our third floor roof was leaking into the house. Upon inspection it was discovered the second floor roof also was in need of replacement. We were quoted $3,700.00 for second floor, third floor and a small roof above a set of bay windows.

Description of Work: repair of various cracks and leaks on our roof left by the previous roofer. We have used "Your House" roofing for 2 other complete roof jobs in the past 7 years and are very pleased with all aspects of their service.

+ -1 moreWe own rental properties and have used his services for 2 properties to this point. We find him to be very thorough, goes beyond what is asked for in order to do a good job. He does a good job cleaning up the job site and keeps mess at a minimum while working. Very pleasant manor, We plan on using him whenever we have any roofing issues in the future.
Description of Work: Last year we hired him to replace part of a roof on a rental property which he did very well. A few months later we discovered that another portion of the roof on that same house needed replacing - again he did an excellent job. Today he repaired a small dormer roof promptly even though it was such a small job. He even repaired some flashing that was noticed and did not charge for that part of the work.
