Our employees (all 10) are dedicated to the work they do and they are very immaculate and reliable. We give first time clients one hour free cleaning and or half -hour free organization. TidyZone came to my home a week before the holidays (July 4th) and they did a splendid job. The organized my closets (wardrobe) and library area. They organized the equipment in my back patio and it looked like new. Overall, it was a successful job.
Description of Work: They organized the closet (clothes were everywhere). They organized the library and paperwork (shredded and threw away stuff with my direction). They set up my office area nicely and quickly.

Never hire this person! I would not trust her again.
Description of Work: I hired this company for a library project. I needed them to come in and help catalog all my books before I could start a book. This company advertised as an organizer. I also needed a chair made, and she said she could find the service, and located another contractor she did not know through an online forum. That contractor was a crook and took $2000 and did not render any services. I paid through tidy zone assuming that she knew him and could vouch for his work. The library job turned out OK, but was never finished. I had to stop because I was out so much money.

The client took it upon herself to pay the person that I hired for her in the form of a check, made out to "cash", without my knowledge. She never informed me that se was meeting the client without my consent and although I told her that I need to be there when she has her first appointment with the hire-ee, she went along with seeing him before I got to her apartment. I hope she learnt a lesson and I did find her someone out of good faith. I am happy I did not get her someone who worked for me or a friend because she would have accused me of being in it together with him. Please remove t his report, since it has caused me to lose a few clients. Thanks.

Overall, everything was done in an orderly and professional manner. The place was dusted, swept, vacuumed, mopped, bathroom, kitchen, floors, were all cleaned in detailed. My tub became brand new; just look at the picture.
Description of Work: After contacting TidyZone thru short notice, and giving a virtual tour of our home, Annie's team of three came to clean my three (3) floor house in the countryside. The place hadn't had a thorough cleaning for almost 6 years since my husband passed, so we decided it was time to give it a face lift. A face lift it received. Excellent!!

I called TidyZone, actually my friend recommended them to me, although I had find them on Angie's List. To make a long story short, the team of three (3) people did a tremendous job after little explanation, they took charge. I stayed out of the way and I now have my stuff back, organization perfect.
Description of Work: CLOSET ORGANIZATION: I had to get rid of all her old clothing, books, papers, etc...thus keeping some paperwork, books, etc.

I contacted Tidy Zone 2 weeks before the job. They showed up, a team of two and took charge of the entire situation after I explained what I wanted to be done. They did their organization in a timely and orderly, professional manner.
Description of Work: Organizing my three (3) closets: Wardrobe/closet with clothes. Cleaning supplies & medical closet. Office shelves/paperwork.

What I can't figure out is why some things had to be redone (obvious fur and dust remaining on wood floors, pieces of tissue on bathroom floor), some of the obvious things weren't done (e.g., kitchen sink), and some I had to ask repeatedly be done (e.g., shelves in bathroom, bathroom scale). It was as if he would get part way done and then forget to do the rest. He didn't seem to have experience with basic cleaning supplies, sprayed leather conditioner directly on my couch and chair contrary to the directions, and I suspect cleaned the whole apartment (INCLUDING THE BATHROOM) with one rag. My apartment doesn't smell like cleanser or disinfectant, my toilet brush was dry, and my bath brush was by the toilet. He straightened all of my gardening supplies in one room, but didn't clean the floor underneath. I didn't notice the floor underneath until after he had left. On my receipt, I noticed that my information was incorrect and that the form was dated back in March. Sigh.
Description of Work: General housecleaning for 2Bed, 1Bath, no laundry or changing of linens. No refrigerator. Nothing pet-related. A lot of dust and cat fur to be cleaned. Minor oven cleaning (assuming it was done). After starting 40 mins late, worked 4 hours and 20 mins. Extensive cleaning supplies provided by me.

Job 1: I have a three story house a few minutes out of the city, so it was a big mansion to clean and organize. The three workers from Tidyzone arrived, along with their supervisor and they took charge of things immediately. The started on one floor and worked their way to the third. When they were done, the house looked exactly like the first day we had moved in after we bought it. Job 2: Overall, it was excellent service.
Description of Work: Job 1: Housecleaning and organizing garbage disposal, mopping, vacuuming, sweeping, cleaning of kitchen(s), bathrooms(4), hallway, stairway, organizing of paperwork, CDs, clothes. ($600.00) Job 2: Moving out cleaning: We were moving out of our apartment so we called TIDYZONE Last minute. They were there within the hour. ($265.00)

Tidyzone cleaners came to my apartment ten minutes earlier before the job began and got down to business. There were two workers so they decided to split their responsibilities and cleaned, did laundry and ironed. I had a lot of paperwork so they also helped organize that as well. Overall, they did a splendid job.

Overall, Tidyzone did a very good job. The workers knew just what to do as they were instructed to as directed by me when booking the job. They were neat, clean, and organized.
