They did a great Job! I did not ever know I had hail damage. Shane Van Hovel came and did a free inspection and found that I had extensive damage. TEC gave me all the information I needed to file a claim with my insurance company. They helped through the entire process, even when my insurance adjuster made a mistake on the claim. When the crew showed up to do the work they where very respectful. They moved all the stuff around my house out into the yard and covered everything that could not be moved. They cleaned up VERY well when they were finished. I would highly recommend TEC!

Our representative from TEC Kevin Sheetz was amazing he came to our house and let us know we might of had roof damage. We had no idea this was even a possibility he offered to take a look. Sure enough he found several areas of damage from hail on not just the roof but our window cappings and gutters. Kevin met with the Adjustor walked us thru the process step by step kept in constant communication with us thru the entire process. Never hesitated to answer a question and made the process easy and painless. Thank you so much Kevin as well as TEC! It's good to know that a company like TEC has employees like Kevin who truly care about the customer and I didnt just feel like a customer Kevin made me feel like a friend."

Joey Brennen and TEC made it SUPER easy and were extremely professional from start to finish. The crew was in and out, before I even knew it I had a new roof! Not to mention they were very good with covering up all the plants and shrubbery / cleaning everything up before they left. Would recommend Joey and TEC to anyone!!! When hail hit our house, I called The Exterior Company. They did all the leg work in working with the insurance company to make sure that I got a new roof installed. They installed a beautiful roof in less than 2 days. Thanks to the professional team at TEC we now have a new roof over our heads!

We would absolutely recommend The Exterior Company. We had a severe thunderstorm in our area that produced a lot of hail. We weren’t sure we even had damage but figured it’d be best to get a professional opinion. When I originally reached out to them about doing an inspection, someone emailed me back within hours and before the end of the day I received a phone call from James who was our project manager. He came out to our house a few days later (actually, on a holiday) and did his inspection and explained everything to us in detail. Our insurance adjuster was out a few days later and James was there that day, early, to be on site and walk the roof/damaged areas with the adjuster as to make sure we weren’t rushed through and no damage was looked over. We got approved on the spot. James put a quote together for our adjuster, who then cut us the first check that day. We were scheduled to have our roof done on a Thursday; Wednesday afternoon I got a call that the TEC crew finished their last job early and wanted to know if they could start our house a day early, too. We gladly allowed it and we had a new roof within a day and a half and it looks amazing! The crew were very hard working and respectful and mindful of both our pool area and our new garden area so as not to ruin anything. They cleaned up very well, too. My husband and I haven’t paid a dime of our own money to TEC. They work directly with the insurance company to make sure they pay the exact amount due (including little things like reattaching our satellite dish) and we don’t get stuck waiting to be reimbursed by insurance. TEC also has options to help homeowners with the cost of your deductible (i.e. they take off a certain amount of your deductible for you if you have their sign in your yard or refer someone to use them) which has helped my husband and I tremendously. Also, check out all of TEC’s credentials; that’s the first thing I noticed when I was doing research on what company to use and it made me feel secure in my decision.

Dave was great from day one. He met with our insurance adjuster, sent us pictures of our new room ( we were on vacation when it was completed) and he even came back to scan our yard for nails and debris.

I worked with Jack Blair (Project manager) from start to finish. Jack coordinated with my insurance company to get the approval to replace the entire roof due to hail damages. Very happy with The Exterior Company. They did a great job on our roof, and was completed in a timely manner. My wife and I were very, very happy with the results. The roof looks really, really good. The neighbors even mentioned to me that it looked good! Cleanup was done professionally, and nothing was left behind. There was a home in our neighborhood that had their roof completed by a competitor, and they didn't do so well, and came back several times to fix some issues. The Exterior Company is a great company to work with, and were very patient, friendly, and professional at all times with all communications via text, email, as well as telephone. TEC just replaced our roof due to hail damage and they did an amazing job from start to finish. Dave Allen was awesome, as he went above and beyond other companies that inspected the roof, by actually showing us the damage and explaining it to us. The team that came out to replace the roof was friendly and polite and the roof looks fantastic. They also did a great job with clean-up. The Exterior Company replaced our older hail damaged roof. They did great work and were efficient. They accidentally damaged our rain spout but they were apologetic and came out and replaced it with a new one quickly. Our project manager, Mitch was great to work with. I would recommend anyone looking for a new roof to use TEC

JT King came to do a roof inspection and found hail and wind damage. He helped me with calling my insurance company and submitting the claim. He was professional, helpful and communicated every step of the way. My roof was installed today. The roofers arrived on time and worked hard to complete the new roof before the rain started in the afternoon. Roof looks great and they cleaned up well afterward. I would recommend TEC for your roofing needs

I recently had my roof replaced by TEC. I worked with Andrew who was very professional and prompt. The work was done in a timely manner. TEC uses high quality materials and was great to work with. Would use again and recommend to friends and family.

This is one of the companies that give the roofing industry a bad name. They are just a marketing company. Save yourself the frustration and find yourself a real roofing company that does it all. What could have been a good experience has now turned very sour. My ridge vent is installed wrong and there is a small billing discrepancy (related to a yard sign discount). When I called to ask questions about both the office staff passed me off to their "General Counsel". He was extremely aggressive, yelled at me with no explanation about the roof or the billing. They then made threats to me and hung up. Completely unprofessional and unwarranted. A reputable company would have at least been able to discuss the matter with me. My suggestion is to find a real roofing company that does it all.

So, TEC did my roof over 2 weeks ago and I'm still waiting for problems they caused to be resolved. Several smaller things, some of which they've handled appropriately, but a major problem still flapping in the wind. We had pre-existing Gutter Helmet on half of our house (GH is a water drainage system designed to improve how water gets from the roof into the gutters and keeps the leaves and debris out) - good system, was working well for us. They damaged all of it during the roof job. They made a half-assed attempt to put it back on but it's ruined and looks like ****. Better yet, when it rains none of the water from half our roof goes in the gutters anymore. Now there's standing water all around the place during and after rainstorms. The guy who sold the roof job to me has noped out and nobody at TEC has acknowledged my problem, returned my emails, or proposed any resolution for 2 WEEKS. I have lots of pics from before the job, during, and after documenting the mess that I have now. Just ask and I'll share. The best one is the thunderstorm video showing the water going EVERYWHERE around my house.

The work was performed on time and within the budget window. Their timing of coming out to do the work was on very short notice. They called me on a Thursday and said, we would be there tomorrow to do the work. They had a short notice cancellation and pulled me forward according to the foreman. I wasn't home when they got started I made sure I was there before they were done. A complete tear off and re shingle was done in about 6 hours. It looks great.

We were pleasantly surprised by how well this entire project was professionally handled by The Exterior Company. Dave Allen was always responsive to our calls or texts and guided us through the complete process. The roofing crew completed the job in one day which amazed us. They did a great job of protecting our siding, screens and plantings; cleaned up thoroughly upon completion, and installed a beautiful new roof. A truly smooth process!

They did a wonderful job. They were on schedule. They had a large crew and showed up when they said they would. It took them two days. They cleaned up the mess and was done. They met the schedule, it was no fuss and they did what they said they were going to do when they said they were going to do it.
