The customer service representative, Angela, was professional, kind, knowledgeable, and very helpful! She resolved issues and directed another department to send an email with options for my account.

Reid, the sales representative, was professional and gave detailed information. Mike, the technician is reliable and has Great understanding of security system and checked all the aspects of my electrical system. They arrived on time. We received a good estimate of the cost. Overall a good experience.

The person who sold me the system requires more training. Luckily, I had a similar system in the past, and I already knew what I needed. The salesperson did not know the difference between a contact sensor and a glass break. She did not understand their purpose, and only wanted to sell me the glass break. She did not understand that someone could still get in the window (not break the glass), and the alarm would not go off. The salesperson was very nice, but I am concerned that if the buyer does not understand what he/she needs, they may not be receiving the proper security equipment. For the install, the person was knowledgeable and nice. Unfortunately, I had a window contact sensor fail the next day. I had to keep bypassing the sensor (which I considered to be one of my most vulnerable locations - basement window) until he was able to get back to my house to replace it. The install occurred on a Friday, and he was not able to show up until Tuesday (he was supposed to arrive on Monday, but unfortunately, got a flat tire). In addition, a contact sensor located on the sliding door (deck area) fell off, and I had to try to stick it back on. The install person said that everything looked okay, and that it should not fall off again. Overall, I believe that the system is going to be good. There were a few bumps along the way, but having a similar system in the past (former system company was sold to this company), I have faith that this company will provide the service that I expect.

After sending pics of front door sensor they sent a tech who had no idea what to do with this system. Then they charged me for the visit. Next the backlight on the keypad went out. I told them I didn't want the same tech. Door bell rings and guess what same tech standing there with another tech. Still didn't know anything about the system. Had to call a week later to get info got run around and finally told that I needed a new system that would cost $1000.00. That was just replacing a panel and keypad not to mention my monthly charge going up also. Have been with the local company since 96 and they were great. This company comes in and purchase the local and service goes down. Promises of people calling me so far I have been the only one calling. Also salesman told me that if he called and no one answered or returned his call then he wouldn't call again. I guess this company doesn't need residential customers.

It was done with the upmost professionalism. Andrew made my day, he was a great person that understood his job, and taught me how to use the system in a simplistic aspect. Wow, there are still good companies in existence.

Select Security System installer, Ed, was right on time. He went over with my wife and I the best locations the new equipment should be installed and proceeded to work. He did a very neat and excellent job and cleaned up after himself. He wore shoe covers while in the house, and if he went outside or in the garage, he removed them and put them back on when he was back in the house. When the installation was done, he took all the time my wife and I needed to go over the operation of the new system. My wife and I are very very pleased with the service, installation and the quality of the new house security system. My wife and I would highly recommend this company.

Went very well. Installation and testing took longer than expected though about 3hrs but at least it was done right with all of my questions answered and we received instructions on how to operate the system along with a manual. Upgrade was free except for the extra equipment that I requested which was $99. And my monthly rate is still the same from day one. Had Alarm Force for years. In fact Select Security lowered our rate from $31 to $29 monthly. Huge plus. Very pleased with that.

Great very good work. No complaints

I spoke with Ms. Santana to obtain activity reports for our sites. She requested our security confirmations to confirm authorization to speak with us about our account. She took the time to make sure that the order was placed to generate the reports and took time in addition to complete the fulfillment of the order and to make sure that she had all the correct information for future requests for documents. She also advised me to keep an eye out for release of an App that would allow us to review information on our sites at our leisure. Professional, polite, accommodating, problem-solving. Excellent customer service.

Ed, the installer, did a wonderful job. He was very professional in the installation and his dealings with us. He was prompt, personable and explained the upgrade and equipment in detail. It was a pleasure having him work on our alarm system.

Andy was prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable about the product. He was able to explain all the options should I want to look at a different system with them. He fixed my immediate problem which was being without my home alarm. I remain a satisfied customer for now over 11 years due to their excellent staff of folks in North Carolina!

We have had some issues with our system. However, the team at Select Security has been nothing but customer service oriented and accommodating in rectifying the issues. They have been very proactive and courteous in making us a priority. They sent their territory manager and a technician to expedite the install today. Both gentlemen were extremely knowledgeable and professional during the process. I would definitely recommend them because from everyone I have talked to from Select Security, they are one of the few out there that make sure their customers are their number one priority.

Our Select Security tech, Ed, was very prompt for the appointment. As he did when he installed the upgraded system, he was very professional, polite, and knowledgeable. Took less than an hour, and everything was running smoothly again.
