+ 0 moreThis company may be great for delivering mulch but getting a proposal from them for anything else is horrible. I called on 4/24 for a proposal to do mulching, edging, etc. for 4 good size flower beds. Tom, the owner was very prompt with getting back to me and sending someone out to measure that same day. I thought I hit gold! He said he would get the proposal to me in a few days.Well 4 emails later and nothing! My first email he replied and said he would get back to me that afternoon.Nothing! NO reply to the other 3 emails or a telephone message that I left. Very frustrating! And very disappointing since I called them because of a recommendation from a neighbor. Obviously this company is not interested in doing any work.
Description of Work: Mulching, weeding and edging 4 good size flower beds.

Description of Work: 1. Replaced five fir trees taken out that were a "screen" between out house and the neighbor's. |2. Major trimming and re-planting of shrubs and flowering plants around the house after 10 years of getting overgrown from the original plantings. Cleared, then put netting & mulch down in 15'x10' area to stop weeds from growing upwards. | |Made work-appointments and kept all three of them exactly as promised. In initial consultation, made good suggestions with owner about what to trim, plant, etc. If there were any questions between the owner and crew, the crew called the Business Owner on their cell phone and immediately resolved the issue so they could proceed. Everyone was very friendly and wanted to do the job well to satisfy the customer (Me).

+ -1 moreI am sure SI's landscape work is equal to or better than most, however I would not recommend them for fence work. If you need a fence, call a fence company. (the service date I entered is not accurate)

+ -1 moreTotally excellent experience. prompt with written, detailed quotes, flexible to changes, always returned calls. on time and did the work beyond what was agreed to with small touches at no additional cost. plantings were excellent and all work done as expected using the agreed to materials. owners Tom and Daisy Wright are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. you will not go wrong here. prices were better than most quotes. will absolutely use again
