With years of experience and a keen eye for design, Rubio created a totally new landscape that was both beautiful and low maintenance. Although I didn’t want to be involved in the details, he certainly opened the door for me to have a strong voice in the project if I wanted to. Rubio is the owner, but he himself is on the job, making sure every part is done right. With his knowledge, dedication, and talented crew, Rubio gets results I’ve never had the nicest yard in the neighborhood, but I do now—-all because Rubio and his crew strive to do exceptional work. Don’t bother going anywhere else. I know I’ll never look for another landscape company. And did mention that his rates are so reasonable???

The quote was given and accepted. The workers arrived promptly and removed the damaged branch. They will return in the fall to provide trimming service to remainder of trees.

The workers showed up within a day of the quote and only charged a trip charge.

I could not be happier with Rubio's work. I wanted to get more sun into my back yard without damaging a beautiful, 70+ year old maple tree and was also considering removal of another tree. When he came to give an estimate, he recommended which limbs to prune (some 40 feet in the air) on the maple and the surveyed what would be necessary to remove the other tree, providing reasonable estimates for both jobs and explaining what was involved. I decided to go with only the pruning. He let me know that it would be a couple weeks before they could get to it and, sure enough, two weeks later he called and scheduled the work. The team arrived right on time and finished the job within an hour, leaving the area cleaner than it was before they started. There is no question that I would use Rubio's Tree Service again!

Wonderfully. Rubio's was prompt and efficient (same-day service for removing the fallen tree branches taken down after a storm). Saturday service for the tree removal. The service cost was incredibly reasonable, and the Rubio's workers were pleasant and professional. I'd use Rubio's again in a heartbeat.

We were happy with Rubio's Tree Service. From the first call to request a quote till the job was completed, we experienced timely communication, professionalism, quality work done in a safe manner along with competitive pricing. Jose was more than willing to provide a certificate of insurance when I requested one. The crew worked hard and had the tree work completed in about 5-6 hours on the first day. The oak was close to our house and also near the utility lines on the street but this was not an issue for them. The stump work was completed a few days later and then they did a good job cleaning things up. We will certainly use them again and will certainly refer them to others. They arrived on time, did their work in a very professional way. It was a cold day and my wife was so pleased with their work that she made hot chocolate with whipped cream for all three workers.

I spoke with someone on 2/21/14 asking them to have someone come out and give me an estimate to remove trees. She told me I would receive a call from him that afternoon and confirm that he would show up at my house between 0700 and 0730. He was a no call and no show.

I spoke to Mr. Rubio about giving me an estimate for lawn care services. In the process he began grilling me about my current provider (even asking me the name of the person!). I explained that I was dissatisfied because my current provider simply applies lawn treatments without any real interaction with me, including giving me advice about my lawn and recommending additional steps I can take to insure the best lawn possible. Mr. Rubio then began making excuses for my current provider but finally told me that he would call me back to set up a time for us to meet. Of course, it is now two months later, and he has never called. In short, if you're looking for impersonal service--a bill left at your door--Rubio's is the lawn care service for you. However, if you are interested in being able to have someone provide more than chemicals and a bill, don't waste your time calling on Rubio's.

I had seen his add in the coupon clipper and called the number. They returned my call and came out right away. He said he would be back in 3 weeks to do the job and did all he said he would. I have a good size yard and he made some suggestions and it looks better than it ever has.

I was very pleased with the service. They were prompt, professional, and efficient. I was very surprised about how quickly they responded due to the amount of damage caused in the area. I did select them because of their rating on Angie's List. I would recommend their services.

I have used them twice. The first time I used them, they were very prompt. They were reasonable and very pleasant to deal with. They worked with me about what I wanted done. I wanted some trimming done because the gutters and my house number were getting blocked. Now that they are done, I can see the house number from the road, which has eliminated any inconvenience to people who are searching for my house. The second time, it took a little while for them to get back to me. They had a lot of cleanup to do with hurricane Irene and the tropical storm that we had out here. I had a tree in the backyard that had kind of slumped over. They asked me if it was an emergency or if it was threatening any wires, and I told them that it was something that could wait. I did have to get back to them about two or three times, but they showed up this week, took the tree out, and did a nice and neat job. I figured that the delay was just because of the circumstances. I would use them again in the future if necessary.
