 + -1 moreThe service technician, Steve, was very informative. Did the emergency service that was needed, and recommended the possible service in the near future. Answered a number of questions that I had regarding the system. This system was new to me since we had purchased the home two years ago and wanted to have a service contract in place for future maintenance.
Description of Work: No Air Conditioning, so checked out service, and supplied 3lbs of refrigerant.

 + -1 moreI bought the special to service one AC unit and then they charged an additional $140 to do the second unit. They showed up on time, were very thorough in their work and professional in their overall service. The sales pitch at the end for their monthly payment coverage was a bit much but I know that is what the company requires of them. I would use them again.
