For years we had One Hour Service contracts. Then we began to notice that every time we reached out for regular or necessary service, we would up being fed the need for some additional type of service as if we needed it for survival. It reached a point that we felt we were being "had" at which point we canceled our srvice contracts. Today we had a post-storm outage and decided to give One Hour one more chance. We did so and were pleased with the service provided by Sean. We are once again entrusting our equipment to One Hour. TW

Adrian has only been with the company for a couple months but he has 7 years experience under his belt. A trainee accompanied him and a supervisor came a later to monitor the trainee progress. I thought this was a great indicator of the type of quality work that is expected from their employees. Well done!

This was for regular maintenance on our air conditioner. Communication wax excellent! Hard to find that nowadays. Sean arrived on time and was polite. Worked promptly and explained what he was doing. Offered a suggestion to help with better airflow in the house. Overall, great experience!

I have had problems with my furnace locking up ever since UGI-Miller worked on the gas line near our house. Rohrerâ s has been incredibly great, thorough and patient at coming out, trouble-shooting, and getting the furnace working, despite the problem probably not being caused by their system. UGI-Miller on the other hand, never responded to repeated calls.

My new HVAC system failed at beginning of summer . They worked with me to fix and resolve the problem . The last visit with their technician Hunter went well. He took the time to explain and show us the different filters that we need to monitor. Thank you Hunter , Tyler and AC techs. I canâ t live without AC. Otherwise I drip with sweat . No Florida retirement for me .

They were the first to respond to my search and showed up promptly the next day which I appreciated. The tech who serviced my A/C unit was very professional, friendly and clean. He diagnosed my issues quickly, went over different repair options and multiple pricing options. He repaired my equipment to my satisfaction. I was very pleased with the overall service. The negative to using this company is the cost. After doing some research after the fact, I discovered that their pricing is much higher than other comparable service companies. I felt a little taken advantage of because of my desire to get the repair done quickly. Again, the service was fine and the tech was very nice and professional, but using this company definitely comes at a premium cost that you could probably find for much less with just a few phone calls.
