The tech was very professional and very friendly. He explained everything that was wrong with my boiler and what it would take to fix it. He left all the decisions up to me and he did not try to force me into anything. When he was finished , he cleaned everything up.

Robin was fabulous and had Cory on his way to my home in less than fifteen minutes. He located the problem and the problem corrected immediately. Price was fair considering it was a Saturday afternoon repair. He gave me the option of their furnace/HVAC maintenance program which I happily accepted. Fantastic company!

They were very polite and let us know what was done without having to ask. But had to return, because they forgot to do one thing. Corrected it that same day. Still will need them to come back for a followup concern.

When I called they were very eager to get the job so they matched another vendor's price. The technician was on time, very professional and knew what needed to be fixed. The part was on his truck and it was fixed in no time. Wonderful experience.

The technician was on time, courteous and very informative. He was obviously very skilled at his job and kept me informed on what he was going to do, what he found with our system and all of our repair options. He discovered we had mold in our central air conditioning system and he helped us address that issue, among others. I have MS and with this being only our second summer in this, our first home purchase, I was appalled at what he found and so grateful for the improvements that he made and the tips that he gave me for maintaining the air quality in our home. Critical for me since MS and the medications I must take for it have compromised my immune system, among other things. I would definitely refer anyone to Rorher's.
