Jason was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He had to give me some bad news about my air conditioner but also advised me of all of my options and did not pressure me to choose any certain one. I was very happy with his performance and Service.

One Hour is a bit expensive, but the warranty and service are well worth it. I have used them for years and they are always on time, and do quality work.

Great company! Our technician, Justin, was extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He took his time to thoroughly check the unit and explain what the problem was with our furnace and what parts would be needed to make the necessary repairs. We were aware of what the costs would be before the repair was done which were reasonable. We highly recommend them and would use them again.

The serviceman, Hunter, was customer-oriented. He explained each step of the process and wore face mask and booties the entire time. He did not know this, but I also was an HVAC repairman for 45 years, but am unable to do certain tasks, due to age. I would have known if he was BSing me (which he did not), but spoke facts and truth only. A good company to do business with.
