Contractor installed a Luxaire A/C at my request instead of an Amana untit that they recommended. The contractor was apparently not fully familiar with this brand and as a result several call-backs were necessary to complete the job to my satisfaction. The service team was more knowledegeable and professional than the installation team and their work produced an overall fine job.
