I can’t say enough about Reflections, Cleanout & Moving. I contacted them on a Tuesday, and they said they could help me on Thursday but they already had a big move that day. I said I really need it tomorrow. I have someone being released from the hospital. I was talking to James the owner on the phone. He was understanding, friendly and he Fit Me In on Wednesday. I was dealing with so much and this took a tremendous strain off my shoulders. The men that came to the house, Damar and Felix, we’re also friendly, professional, and went above and beyond in helping me. They actually helped me out twice, when I made a mistake that made their day longer - and gave me a break on the cost. I can not say enough about this group of men and this company. In the past I have hired different movers, but I will only hire this company in the future. I recommend them to my sisters who hired them, and they feel the same way. We love them!

Apart from some miscommunications/ misunderstandings (especially about minimum price) and some moved items broken (possibly due to my own packing mistakes, like not labeling some boxes as fragile), and a technical issue with their invoice-issuing process, the whole project went very well: The company contact was punctual at replying. The crew was small but sufficient because of their covers/ tools/ carts and their productive speed. No packing or unpacking was included, so it was simply moving boxes and furniture.

James and his team was excellent! He kept me informed about the teams arrival time and coordinated meeting perfectly. He was flexible and cooperated with finding a date and time that was most convenient for me. His team was very fast at moving my items, but did so very carefully and gently. The team had plenty of blankets and protective supplies to make sure none of my items were damaged while carrying or shipping. I watched as the team picked up, loaded my items and secured them into the truck. The team of movers was very careful to respect the door frames/walls, etc so that no damage came to them either. He negotiated a very fair price! I was in contact with 5 moving companies and he offered the best price by a long shot with no compromise in quality!!!

Perfect. They picked up and dropped off in perfect time, and put it right where I wanted it.

They did a wonderful job. Everything went well. They showed up on time. They were prompt. It was just like I was half a mile away. I'd refer them to my friends. They have a fair price.

Reflections Cleanout & Moving Did a wonderful job moving my family to our new home. Moving is always hectic and painful process but Reflections Cleanout & Moving made our move calm and a happy one. The service was wonderful. I really enjoyed working with James and his crew. They were very professional and flexible. I know that I can count on them when I booked them. they were transparent to me on what their capabilities are in a particular day. They were also very respectful and easy to work with.

James’ team cleaned our entire place (3 floors, 3 bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom, foyer) in a couple of hours and got us our $1400 security deposit back!! A local realtor recommended them to us, if that tells you anything about how good they are. Super quick to communicate, honored our deposit, and even emailed me an invoice to send to my property manager as a receipt. Highly recommend using them!
