A little more than one hour of work was finished over two sessions over 6 days. Someone had to return to fix some holes in the grout. The workers did nothing to clean up the grout on the pool deck, on the tile, and worst of all, on the bottom of the pool. A manager offered to have someone return to do the clean up in the pool, but I had most of it cleaned up by then.

They didn't complete the work they were hired to do. Called twice and both times they said they will call back but NEVER called. They sent out guys to check the filter. They said it was too small for the pool and they could give me one for over $1700. I talked to the builders of the pool, they said and I quote, " they are liars. "
