Their Relator KEPT Pressuring Me To Get My House On The Market Saying That I Was Going To Lose The Property I Wanted So Badly To Buy From Her Agency If I Didn't Get MY Home SOLD ASAP. I Was So Upset and Afraid I'd Lose The Home I Wanted So Much. Their Relator Laurie M. Kreider Used That Fear To Coerce Me Into Hiring One Of Their Contractors To Get My Home Ready For Sale. Their Relator Laurie M. Kreider Assured Me Numerous Times Their Contractor Was Honest and Would Help Me Out In My Time Of Need. She Kept Saying, "JJ You Can Trust Me, This Guy Is A Good Guy He Will Help You. He Does Good Work and He's Honest and You Can Trust Him. He Will Never Do You Wrong, Trust Me." Once I Paid Their Contractor The $500.00 Cash After Only 90 Minutes Of Work He Walked Off The Job and Refused To Return My Money. Their Contractor Also Damaged My Carpets With Paint. The Relator Laurie M. Kreider and The Owner Of Realty One Group Unlimited Gregory Bardell Have NEVER Returned Any Calls, Texts Or Emails About My $500.00 Never Being Returned To Me. This Company is A Complete Ripoff. BEWARE They Will Lie To You To Get What They Want. The Owner Is A Coward Who Refuses To Speak To Me LIKE A Man. He Hides Instead. DO NOT EVER Hire This Company They Will SCAM You And Run Away. They Are Not Trustworthy and Take Advantage Of People When They Are Vulnerable. The Relator Laurie M. Kreider Spent Our First In Person Meeting At Their Property Talking About Her Brother's Suicide, Her Sexual Abusive Life and Her Father's Death For Close To An Hour With Me. I Felt VERY Sad For Her And I'm SURE It's What She Wanted So My Guard Would Be Down When She Would Set Me Up Later To Steal My $500.00. BEWARE and STAY AWAY Complete Crooks!
