Very friendly and knowledgeable person. Explained what he was doing and provided an overview of how my drain worked. Very happy he was able to get to my home so quickly. Also replaced a broken trap pipe that was letting debris get into the trap.

After being set up with an appointment for the same day the toilets unclogged on their own. Called back and was informed of a few steps to verify everything was unclogged without having them send a plumber or charging us.

Wonderfully! When he came the first time, he installed clean-out valves that should have been there and ran a descaling process. He spent quite a lot of time on the phone with the tankless heater's tech support and worked to get it running while we ordered what we needed to go forward. When he came back, he installed not only the new tank system but a new tankless backup system as well. It has worked beautifully since. The tank is a dream with little delay in getting hot water to a faucet, even over a 50 foot run. I have not needed (and hope not to have to use) the tankless and may adapt that for a new addition I'm planning. The cost for the two days of work and the new system was eminently reasonable despite getting a replacement for the tankless unit as well as an 85 gallon Marathon (high end) tank and setting up the redundancy. I am well pleased.

Paul is a friend of the family. He has the garage roar code and knows where I hire the spare very for Roc room access. He came while I was at work and performed service.

Paul installed a sump pump system into our unimproved sump pit in our newly purchased 15 year old home. He also installed a furnace/AC condensate pump complete with a back up custom designed pan and pvc pipe draining into the sump pit to carry condensate into the sewage system instead of it running underneath our concrete slab(recommended by our home inspector). He also noticed that our furnace air intake vent was only 1 foot from the ground and that snow could block the air flow and cause our furnace to shut down. Since we travel, we decided to have him raise the pipes to avoid this potential problem. He also diagnosed and repaired two separate leaks in our upstairs shower and toilet. He came the same day to repair the leaks and was also prompt on the scheduled repairs. Paul is thoughtful, careful, Very easy to work with and reasonably priced.

Paul Jr did good work. UGI installer commented that it was good job. Paul did advance work for me by contacting UGI for uploaded gas water.I wouldn’t have known who to contact. Fixed well, follow up problem without griping & without extra charge.

Worker arrived on time. Was here exactly 46 minutes. Wore paper booties on his shoes – to keep our floors clean. Removed old metal and trap (rotted – with a hole) replaced with pvs pipes – works great. Very neat workman.

Paul is friendly and professional. He was adept at explaining every step of the process to us so that we understood the problem and solutions. When we determined that he needed to cut through a wall to get to the faucet he not only made a perfectly-sized square in our wall (I measured), but he also brought us an access panel to put over the hole so that in the future it will be easier to get to the plumbing if we need to. We covered the access panel with a painting and the wall looks better than it did before!

Mr. Swisher came out at 8 am and did a fantastic job with both issues. Even when the valve in our basement was causing some problems, he was patient and professional. He got the kitchen line in under 15 minutes! Swisher is prompt and pricing is fair. I will definitely use his services again.

After getting three estimates, decided on Swisher Plumbing & Heating. Paul Sr. was very straight-forward and was willing to discuss options and prices without trying to sell me any additional maintenance or service plans.Work date and time was set for late morning, but Paul Jr. was unable to make it due to previous job running long. He did call and reschedule for the next day. Paul Jr. arrived on time and began work immediately. I was impressed with the thoroughness, professionalism and neatness of the work. I would definitely want to re-hire Swisher Plumbing & Heating to do any of my plumbing work again. The pricing was reasonable and I was very pleased with the work.

I called that morning and the work was done by the afternoon when we came home. The pipe had been damaged several years ago and needed replaced so our driveway could be widened. Required about a 3 foot deep whole to replace. Looks great.

They asked for the faucet model ahead of time so they would have the part. The installation went quickly. They also talked with me at some length about issues related to bathroom remodeling we are considering.

Called Swisher and was able to make an appointment within a day. Had to come from a considerable distance, so part of our cost was driving time. He told us right away about the driving time so we could decide if we wanted to incur the extra cost. We appreciated that. Since all the reviews were outstanding, we decided that this was the company we wanted to do the work. He arrived right on time and went right to work. Answered all our questions and the work was done properly and professionally. Would not hesitate to call this provider again and I am sure we will in the near future when we have our two bathrooms renovated.

We were informed by Manheim Borough Authority that inspection had shown that our service to the meter did not meet the current standard and would have to be updated. Looked on Angie's list and found that Swisher had very good reviews. When he came out to do the estimate, he noticed that the original pipes ran through a flower garden. He suggested a new route that was also shorter and would cost less. The work was not done for two more weeks but that was no problem as it was not an emergency. They had to dig up the old pipes and drill into the foundation to do the work. When they were done, clean up was neatly done. Of course we had to reseed for grass but that was to be expected. I was very pleased with the work done by them.

VERY professional and responsive. It was after that winter cold spell when we were out of power for nearly a week. Got the power back on, but after a day, no water. It was still very, very cold outside. Plumbing/heating guys were obviously in demand then, but Swisher Plumbing answered their phone, and came out right away (I think the next morning) since it was an emergency. We were truly grateful. First they tried to repair the well pump (to keep our costs lower), but then ended up having to put in a whole new well pump system. So a ton of work involved under bad conditions...when they were obviously busy with other customer calls. We have a 1930s house, and the well pump wasn't easily accessible, so Swisher Plumbing surely had to work for their money. The basement was also cold. But no complaining (or cursing as my husband would do), and very professional. They worked all day long to get the job done. It was a new well pump, tank, etc., so we think the price was reasonable, especially since it was an emergency call. We plan to have Swisher Plumbing out again to look at replacing plumbing in the house, and putting in a new bathroom.

They returned my call within a short period of time. They arranged to come when it was convenient to us. He arrived at the time promised and finished within an hour. Work spaces were clean and everything was handled well.

The price was a little higher than I expected, but the work was perfect so I'm not complaining.
