Andy was very helpful in explaining all the issues with the water damage that I had because of a leak in my roof. He checked the amount of mold and the wetness of the walls to make sure he was recommending getting the work done on the proper sections of the house. He was very knowledgeable about the various aspects of water damage and how to properly repair the rotted sections. He also helped remove some insulation that had mold on it for free. I would definitely hire him again for any kind of repair work related to water or fire damage. Andy was very professional and friendly at all times.
