They are very fair priced and are good quality. There was a problem with the cords on the first blinds, but they immediately took them back, reordered, and were back quickly.

They were helpful in the decision process. Everything came out very nice. They installed everything very quickly. Will use them again.

Have used Philips for my paint and wallpaper since they first went into business. In 1994 I purchase thousands of dollars in paper and paint from them when our home was being renovated. Paper was special-ordered from England/Canada at that time. Never had a problem with this company in regard to the products purchased or anything that needed to be returned. This is an excellent store with quality products and very professional people. They have given me references for painters, etc. in the past and I have always been satisfied with them and their work. Currently saving money to get my shutters from this company. Their installation department also comes highly recommended to me by a relative.

They are very helpful and courteous. They basically do anything they can to satisfy your needs. They have a good stock of wallpapers. They sell quality products. We have been buying products from them for approximately 20 years now. If you have a problem, they will exchange it and they will ask no questions. I have ordered things from them from England and nothing seems to be a problem for them. If they don't have which you want, they will find it and get it for you. We would use them again in the future too.
