They arrived at the time that was agreed upon. They proceeded to explain everything that they planned to do. Told me that it would be noisy so I wore my earplugs. Free of charge, they added a dryer vent cleaning and some other cleaning that went with the deal. They allowed me to see what had been collected from the vents. They also offered to help us put a treadmill in the truck. It had been sitting in the middle of the living area. I would most definitely recommend this service to anyone.

Service tech was very knowledgable and pleasant. No complaints with service or price. My previous service companies were a little more thorough, but their cost was much higher for the service.

Inspection was thorough; tech provided clear explanation of findings; cleaned condenser area and removed carbon buildup on ignitor.

They made the recommendation that based on the systems' age, it may make more sense to replace it than to repair it. The technician advised that replacing one faulty component could lead to other even more expensive components failure. The tech didn't push one way or the other, he just explained the options and left it to me to decide. They also arranged for a sales guy to stop out and take a look at things the same day to work up a replacement cost.

We recently bought the house and this was my first experience with a propane furnace. The technician patiently went over all of the operational and maintenance points with me in a manner I could understand. He also reported on the condition of key components on my unit and pointed out potential future issues without trying to sell me additional services at this time. He did explain to me additional equipment that could be installed on my unit for increased efficiency and cleanliness and at what cost without a hard sell approach. That I appreciated. He also went over the various maintenance contract offers provided by One Hour and two of their affiliate providers which I ultimately purchased.without feeling pressured at all. But where the technician went the extra mile was during that maintenance contract discussion. I mentioned and showed him a water pressure issue I was having with my plumbing. He immediately called and set up an appointment the next day with the affiliated contractor who solved the problem that day (within the newly purchased maintenance contract).. BTW I never did purchase any of the additional equipment and I was never called back and pressured to do so by a sales person. So as of now I couldn't be happier with One Hour.

They did well for both services. I purchased some filters for the furnace at an extra price. They were polite and explained things to me.

The technician was here less than 20 mins and plugged it in and charged me $312.80 (WITH a discount of $55.20). Because we had a service contract, there was no charge for the technician's time. I thought that was a lot of money for a small item. I called 4 other reputable plumbing and heating contractors in the area. I gave them the make and serial number and they told me even if I were not a customer, they all would have charged me $184., $70., $95. $70. I then fount the exact same part (identical serial number) on line for $69.99 at acwholesalers.com. We have had a service contract with them for years and have been dealing with them for over 20 years. I called and talked to one of the pricing supervisor and told him I was very unhappy. He gave me some money off the price, but I will have a hard time trusting them again.

Resolved three issues, made measurements, left me with info to continue to solution at my own pace. Very knowledgeable and personable and professional.

The office made scheduling the appointment easy, and the technical showed up on time. He diagnosed the issue and showed my wife the problem, even answered my questions over the phone. Provided an estimate, and offered to have a sales rep come out to give a quote on a replacement since our system was so old already. The technician offered to waive the "revisit" fee if we chose to have the repair done after the replacement quote was given. I really appreciated him giving us this option. Their quote for a replacement was the best, so we ended up choosing that in the end.

Unit was cleaned out of leaves and debris. All connections were checked and electrical voltage was checked.

It was good. I had to pay extra for a filter. They were thorough ad fixed the problems that I had.

It was a simple fix, but he took extra time to explain the issues and possible problems as well as things I could do to prevent trouble in the future. Very helpful.

He came out while it was still cold . He was prompt, professional skilled in his trade. WE are so impressed with the service, he went above and beyond what was expected and didn't charge more.

Called this company because AC was not putting out sufficient cool air. Upon arrival the service tech asked about the situation. After inspection of the unit he was able to locate a leak in the coil. He explained everything to me and showed me exactly where the leak was located. He was very professional and informative. There was not one thing he did that he didn't explain exactly what he was doing and why. He did recharge the system so it would be more efficient and put out colder air. They are already in the process of ording a new coil to install. They also called the manufacture and the coil is still under warranty. I will only have to pay the labor. He was there for almost 2 1/2 hours cleaning, inspecting, tracing out the leak in the entire HVAC system. I am extremely satisfied with the service that I received.

The check up on the unit was done very quickly (faster than my usual a/c service company). I did not check the outside unit until a few days later, but it did not look like the housing had been removed to clear debris. The service technician, Mark, was very nice, but tried to sell me service plans (which I'm sure the company pushes their technicians to sell products on all their service calls).

Tyler arrived during the allotted time and was knowledgeable, respectful and very low pressure from an additional services perspective.

He appeared to be honest, which was a plus, seeing as he told us a part was worn out. His initial charge was $400.00, but we found someone willing to do the repair for $350.00. He called his boss and they matched the price. He did a small repairs free of charge. I would use this company again!

The service visit was excellent in all respects. Tech arrived on time, He reviewed what he was going to do. He invited me to be part of his inspection/review. At end of his inspection he went over all of the issues that A/C equipment can suffer from and how mine rated on these points. The critical issue was with the outside compressor and its lack of attention (do to location), what was needed, what it would cost and how I could minimize the cost. We agreed on the need, he took care of issue, then showed the results in a significant improvement in the system's operating performance.
