Unable to have work done at this time but would call in the future.

This company would not honor their quote despite a signed contract and deposit paid. They blamed it on an inexperienced estimator but I suspect they were trying to get more money for the project. We did not fall for it. They did eventually return our deposit.

Very professional and efficient

I submitted a request via Angie’s List for a price quote and never received a reply by the end of the day. The next day I call and was apparently sent to a central scheduling service. I set up an appointment to arrive on a particular day between 9-10am. By 11 am no one had called or arrived at my location so I called and told them I was no longer interested in their service. The telephone representative seemed surprised that I was not contacted but never apologized for the lack of contact. When I said I was no longer interested simply replied OK. Not very professional or reliable.

Tree was in close proximity to neighboring garage. Removed quickly without any issues. At end of project asked if everything was acceptable prior to packing up and leaving.

Great! Work done in a timely and professional manner. No issues at all. Very happy with the outcome.

They are absolutely fabulous. When they did their work, they even cleaned up the mess I had made prior as I had been trimming my own bushes in front. They are great people and I would highly recommend them. I will absolutely use them again.

Had about 3 estimates and Monster had the best price and schedule, as trees were very close to the house-one had already fallen onto garage a few months ago. They were prompt in arriving with estimate and advice on handling the job, came at the appointed time, and efficiently removed both trees and cleaned the entire area. Very satisfied with the job. Crew was courteous and efficient. Highly recommend this company.
