They were on time and completed the work with in an hour.

I did get what I needed from the deal. There was a little misunderstanding regarding the labor costs. It took a little haggling, but I did get the labor charges taken off. Overall, I was satisfied with the work.

Service representative was prompt and the quality of the work was excellent.

These people were wonderful! We had a problem before they were scheduled to have them come in. They came on an emergency basis to do the part of the work that would fix our problem (which actually turned out to be a mistake on our part) then finished up the rest on the completion date. There was no extra charge for this either. They were quick, neat, and professional. They charged half of what a competing company bid. These people will be our electician of choice going forward.

The electrician was prompt, courteous, professional and liked my dog, Max (a 15-lb Bichon-Poo). The latter wasn't necessary, but nice. I always ask people first if they're ok with dogs. He wore protective covers over his shoes before entering my home, then looked at the light fixture I had purchased, the place I wanted it installed, and went over options with me. I was very impressed that everything is priced out directly by the company, rather than given at the end of the work. This was a definite plus. My father had been an electrician, so I know a bit about how the job is done and pricing. He went to work and worked diligently until the job was done, then asked me to look at everything and try it out. I had forgotten a light bulb, so he very nicely supplied one. Everything worked correctly and the job was very well done. He cleaned up, brought in the final paperwork and I paid him. I can't recall the exact price of the job, so I put an estimate above. I was and am very pleased with my experience and I really like having all pricing specified in advance. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again for electrical work.

I contacted the company and they put me on schedule. The representative came and took a look at my problem. He attempted to stop the spinning fan with another remote control from a second fan that was in the house. When that didn't work, he shut down electrical service to that area and removed the fan and checked it. He found that it wasn't responding. He made a phone call to check to see if the model had replaceable parts. It didn't. I had him remove the fan and put it on the floor. The representative was very polite and explained each step in the process to me. He also explained the company's pricing policies.

The representative, Ty, was here on time. He wore a Mr. Sparky shirt with his name on it and put shoe covers on at the door. He showed me Mr. Sparky's pledge that no employee would smoke or curse in a customer's home. He also told me customers would not be charged a higher price for evening, weekend or holiday calls. I was pleasantly surprised to hear that. Ty was very friendly and professional. My problem was not anything that needed to be fixed right away. Ty explained that the only way to really check the problem would be to check the things on the circuit. He went over the price and the work that could be done. I decided not to go ahead with the work at this time because of the price. I did not have any other estimates to compare, but I thought the price was reasonable for the work required. Based on the complete information I received, my ease asking questions and the thoroughness Ty showed, I would call them again if I needed an electrician.

I had Mr. Sparky in for an estimate on rewiring my 100-year-old house. Unfortunately, the estimate was so high that there was no way we could afford to have them do the work. One of the reasons the estimate was high was that he insisted on including things that just weren't necessary for the job. Ultimately, we had another electrician do the rewiring for just the first floor, doing only what really needed to be done, and it was about a quarter of the cost of Mr. Sparky's estimate.

The customer service rep really forced an immediate estimate, even past business hours, and made it sound like if I didn't hire them after the estimate I would be charged for said estimate. Although I had no complaints with the work done or the technician who did the work I was really unhappy about this. I would most likely not hire them because of my experience with the customer service rep. 1) It really made me feel like I was pressured into the service and 2) I got the distinct impression that they did not treat their employees fairly because of the way the rep was forcing, a non-emergency issue that I clear said I wanted scheduled later that week, for the same day at 6:30pm. (normal day ended at 5:00) As someone who worked in an industry that required after hour work somewhat regularly I really did not like that.

Their service was really good. They had excellent service and a very friendly staff. Everything worked out great.

They did extremely well. I would recommend to anyone in Lancaster County.
