The company was great, the guy was on time, and very professional. I felt that $140 to repair a switch in less than 30 minutes was kind of steep, though, but that's not the technician's fault. We wanted him to help change a bulb in another light, but that was going to be an extra $70, so we'll just figure that one out on our own. Had it been half of that, we would have paid. By $70 to literally change a lightbulb? No thanks.

They put in knew smoke alarms and the next day they started beeping for no reason. That was the reason we hired them. My grandson is traumatized from the alarms going off in the middle of the night or any time for that matter for NO reason. Took our money and ran.

They were on time, very neat, and did not waste any time getting to work.

Jamie went above and beyond by switching his work schedule so that he could make sure we had electricity by the time he left. He came back to finish the work as promised. He was prompt, most courteous and helpful throughout. Every person I dealt with on the phone was also most professional and helpful. Although the service was very expensive the quality made it worth every penny. Would definitely recommend them.

Good work, very personable technician. There was miscommunication concerning free estimate but technician showed up, was not informed of $53 house visit fee until he arrived, but got it waived with coupon. Overall pleased, seemed a bit expensive--almost $200 before fee waved.

The electrician arrived on time and was courteous, knowledgeable, extremely helpful. The problem turned out not to be my responsibility but the park owners. I will use them if needed in the future.

Electrician was courteous, knowledgable and clean. Work was completed as requested. Estimate was not broken down by materials and labor. The total cost seemed high based on the amount of time it took and owner provided some of the fixtures.

I fell that I was hustled. Randy the estimator gave me a price of 228 everything included. After Ben the installer completed his work, he asks had I been told about the $70.00 travel fee. I said no, I really couldn't react. During the time Ben was here I recieved word that my father had died. I was full of grief and wanted to be alone so I paid the EXTRA $70.00 to get to other matters. Some thing is wrong with how this was handled

The most professional company I have had the pleasure of working with in quite some time. The representative was extremely knowledgeable about the service which needed to be provided as well as the cost breakdown for the service.
