Derik was personable, professional, and very knowledgeable. Replaced outlets and fixtures and explained things thoroughly and found a shorted out wire, isolating it to not cause any issues. Also answered questions about generators and baseboard heater setups.

Customer Service was wonderful! They worked on the day of the estimate. (Unplanned for them) The technician listened and responded to my concerns, via they were here all day. They were a little pricey, but for the customer service I received, I would call again. I'm a satisfied customer.

I job the was overpriced. For this reason I will not use them again. The technicians were very nice and explained everything and they cleaned up after they were finished. For instance, when I needed a electrician to remove the ceiling light and install another light that I provided in my previous address it cost me $40.00.
