Mister Sparky Electric

Mister sparky as a company has some rather hard to swallow pricing policies. The “full diagnostic and minor repair” flat rate price was very high to start with, particularly since there is no certainty that the price paid will lead to problem resolved. I can appreciate that the company needs to ensure that the time spent troubleshooting and identifying the problem is compensated for, but a flat rate pricing schedule like this basically means charging a customer $300 up front, just to get an estimate (whether it took ten minutes or two hours to determine)! That makes it pretty tough for me to respect Mr. Sparky as a company. All of that said, the young man who was on the job was awesome. Apparently there is a “partial diagnostic” option available, and we were fortunate enough that after about 20-30 minutes of his troubleshooting, he was able to identify the issue and in five minutes with a few bucks worth of materials, get our outdoor lighting back in order. Great job, man. I hope you go far in your field, but I hope you can find a company that is structured to deal more fairly to the customer base.

Had 3 lights replaced. Asked for the individual price for each light. I haven t heard back. The total amount seem high for replacing 3 lights. It cost more to replace 3 lights than the purchase of those lights

So prompt and professional. They called me first to tell me to expect a red truck and that the repairman would be on uniform and that dispatch would call closer to their arrival. So polite, neat and helpful and very fair pricing.He also took time to look at a future project and gave me a quote followed up with it in writing. Very happy with Mister Sparky!

This James came to access why there was no power in the bedroom and middle room. He found the problem, fixed it, gave HONEST recommendations moving forward so the same problem will not occur. I have learned that you get what you pay for. I will use Mr. Sparky again.

They were quick to respond, quick to schedule, workmanship was excellent, and the Field Supervisor Dustan Rohrer who worked up the proposal and performed the work was excellent.

The man who did the work was great. I wanted to add an another job while he was here, but when he gave me the price I almost feel over. He quoted me $571.00 for a job that requires almost no new stuff except for a short piece of wire and a junction box. The work was good but their prices are out of site

Outstanding and fast work.

My only issue is with the price of the materials used in the job. Electrician used their own supplier because they can warranty their work and material versus had he buy the materials from Lowes at nearly half the price, they cannot offer the same warranty. Although they used their own supplier, a brand new thermostat which was faulty, was replaced at no charge, something I believe Lowe's would wither exchange, replace or refund too. Except for company police on the materials the work done by Jason was outstanding. Thanks!!!!

There is always room for improvement and that is why I didn't give them 5s across the board. Jason B arrived on time, performed diagnostics on the panel and then fixed the problem. In and out in a little more than an hour. Great job!

On time, professional. When they had an emergency situation that had to bump my appointment on a Friday afternoon, they were able to schedule time for me that Sunday.
