Thomas and Rich were professional, prompt, and they helped explain options for installing several outlets. There was an issue installing one outlet and they tried several strategies to get the job done. I highly recommend them.

Technician talked too much which made the job take a lot longer than it should have

The major part of the work was replacing an old outdated Bulldog Pushmatic electric panel with the latest main breaker system. They also replaced the Matter Base, labeled all the circuits, replaced and installed GFCI, installed 5 new fixes and 2 ceiling fans, added outlets inside and in the garage, and fixed bad wiring in a few places from previous owners.

I had an outlet replaced and the electrician was prompt, courteous, and very honest with me. He was also up front about the fact that the breaker box needed to be replaced to ensure this didn't happen again. I appreciate honesty and he was very forthcoming with the fact that, eventually, the outlet would burn up again.

They were good communicators, polite and followed the my plans.

The electrician Derik K. was top notch. He was efficient and skilled at his trade. The $403.00 charged was too much for the length of time it took to find the problem and correct it. I understand, Derik had no control of the charge. I also understand that I gave the O.K. for the charge up front, but I thought it would take much more to fix the problem. I also take issue with them promising a repairman by four o';clock and the person arrived at 3:55 and could not stay to make the repair. Derik arrived at 6:45. Curvin Eberly

The main office called to advise when the technician would arrive. The technician, Derrick was prompt, courteous, professional, & wore plastic booties over his shoes. The work was completed quickly on the same day! We were extremely pleased with the service that was provided.

James and Tyler did a great job installing our light. It was a pleasure to meet both of them.
