Mike's Powerwash

Very friendly guy. Washed house, front sidewalk, inside gutters/ spouts, replaced cap boards on porch railings, stained deck. This was my first house wash in 18 years, so it was VERY dirty, with mud wasp nests, insect residue, and mold. Mike did an overall good job on these items, and the results were very impressive with great improvement, though not perfect. I think doing this on a more regular basis (say every year or so) will make a difference, and I plan to call on him again. He showed up pretty much as scheduled, in spite of a very rainy springtime that must have been a great challenge to his schedule. He doesn't always answer the phone right when you call, but will return your call within a day pretty reliably.

Everyone was friendly and nice.They explained everything to us. They were prompt, courtesy , and extremely skilled in their trade. We are very pleased. We felt the price was reasonable for everything they did.

There were two guys that came out. It took them about three hours. The staff is very friendly. He showed up on time. He did a wonderful job. They left the place the way it was except for a cleaner house.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Mike was very responsive and arrived on time as scheduled and did an excellent job. Communication with him was excellent and he kept us informed on the progress of the job throughout. The price was also very reasonable for a job well done. Would definitely recommend him to anyone wanting quality work at a good price. We love the way our decks look!

I called Mike after I got quoted an unreasonable amount for cleaning and staining a deck. Mike was responsive and looked at the deck 2 days later and gave me a quote. He went over a few of the details and we scheduled a time within the next 2 weeks to stain the deck. Unfortunately it was raining the day he was going to do it, so the following Sunday he cleaned the deck and then stained it a few days later. Everything went smoothly and the deck looks great!

Great. Mike personally comes with the crew to set up and periodically check in. Excellent job start to finish. The house and fence had been badly neglected by previous owners; they now look great!

They did a very good job. They were quick and after two appointments, they were done.

the dirt and grime came off

The owner, Mike, was on site during the work. He arrived on time, and his staff were professional. The weather required him to reschedule twice but the end product was a quality one. I would use his team again.

I hired Mike's Powerwash LLC to power wash ans stain my deck. I picked the better stain because I wanted the finish to last a few years. He power washed my deck and allowed for drying time then returned to stain the deck later. The day he stained the deck it was extremely hot outside. The stain didn't adhere to the deck well. It was uneven covering over the entire surface. Many parts of the deck appeared to have no stain at all. Since I was away during the job,I wasn't aware of the problem until I returned home. I called Mike to report the problem. He admitted that the stain does not adhere well during hot weather. I questioned why he didn't wait to stain the deck if he knew there could be a problem.I requested that he return to fix the deck properly. Mike came back and quickly touched up the deck with additional stain. I settled for the job although it was still not adequate. There were still unstained areas along the deck rails and parts of the deck flooring. Now, 6 months later, the deck does not look good. It is not evenly covered. It has faded terribly and doesn't look like it was just done. I have placed a call to Mike to inquire about the poor perfromance of the stain and the job overall. I have not heard back yet.

Mike was very professional and was punctual (arrived earlier than expected) for our meeting on getting a proposal. Was given the cost of the job during the meeting. We even had a coupon for $25 off that I printed off Angie's List. Day of the job Mike was punctual and arrived ready to work. My husband and are extremely pleased at the service given by Mike and his employee (unfortunately cannot remember his name). If I could give Mike an A+ I would. Our house looks as if we have gotten new siding. We have a double chimney that Mike power washed for us at no charge. We will definitely use Mike again and again and again. If you need anything power washed Mike's Powerwash is defintely who you should call.

Found out my wooden deck needed replaced so was not washed, price was reduced to reflect this. Mike addressed all my needs, answered all my questions. Deck is 24 years old.

They did a pretty good job. They provided good service and responded very quickly. They actually took pictures before and after it and showed it to me because I couldn't actually be here at the time when he came.

While we were on vacation, Mike's crew arrived at our house, powerwashed our front porch and deck, and resealed it with Behr stain. They also replaced two boards on our railing (at our request) that were rotting. Mike told us up front that those boards would not match the rest of the deck initially, since they have not been weathered, and it was good to know that up front. We are very pleased with the result and look forward to using our deck and porch!

Called Mike, left mesage and he got back to me the next day. Stopped by, gave me an estimate which was very acceptable and we set a date. He arrived right on time and did a VERY nice job. He is a very personable guy and I'm glad I used his service.

He was very responsive and he followed through on everything that he said that he was going to take care of. The estimate was what I paid. The quality of work was excellent. It was relatively easy making the appointment. I would absolutely use them again.

I called Mike based on an Angie's list report. He came out to do estimate within a few days. He suggested possible services and even ways to save money. He gave me a date for service and showed up on time and did an excellent job.

We have used him 3 times now and he does a wonderful work. He is very fair in the pricing. He is very thorough. His price is same for 3 years. He is very punctual. He comes out one day, cleans everything, and then after it dries, he will come back and does power wash. He is very careful of your property and landscaping. He uses barrier when he sprays the cleaners, so they don't harm your plants. He does have complete respect for your property. It is nice to get people like that. I would definately use him again in the future too.

After the initial call we received prompt, courteous, and professional service. The cost was fair for the work provided. I plan to call them back again in the summer of 2012.

Good experience from estimate to completion. Knew what he was doing. Washed the deck and waited two days for it to completely dry before applying stain.

It was a very positive experience. He came in, did the work, and there were no problems. Everything was as it should have been. I've used him for a couple of years now. He charged a reasonable price.

It went very well. Once he was called and came out to give us an estimate everything went like clock work. We had weather delays and he called to explain. He arrived almost exactly on the time he stated and went straight to work. He took the time to put up cardboard to protect areas of my home from the stain. He was polite and very professional.
