Dan and Janet Metzler not only are a joy to work with but they made the building process fun and easy with their exceptional level of professionalism, excellent communication and organization. Every one of their team members is committed to the same level of service as the Metzler's. Nothing is ever a problem for them as they strive for perfection every step of the way. They listened to every word we said and worked patiently with us to create a home that was just as we wanted it to be. Not a single detail or request was missed and we often said it was almost as if they could read our minds. We never heard the words and quot;we can't do thatand quot;. We simply love our new home and honestly cannot find fault with anything, thanks to the dedication and commitment to excellence that we found with Metzler Home Builders. We can not praise them enough and would not hesitate for a second to recommend them.

The company is very responsible and very well thought of in the area. They are not the cheapest, but they are reliable and the quality and they stand behind what they do.

I love my porch. It looks amazing. We had 5 builders come out and give us an estimate, they were not the cheapest but we felt they were the most prepare to deal with our grading issues and window placement of the existing home. We also had an odd angle to deal with on the connection of the the pieces and they researched a very nice resolution for us.

The work turned out excellent. We were very, very happy with what they did. They were very good at communicating with us. They stayed within their time framed they had promised us from the beginning. They were very good at working with us and working out the details to build exactly what we had wanted. I would highly recommend them.

Readily answered questions/concerns- did not make excuses. Replaced/fixed found issues in a timely manor.

Anytime you need something done, I just have to call them. They will also help with finding people to do small jobs around the house. I would highly recommend them to anybody!
