I have used them a long time now and I have been happy with them. I think their pricing is fair. They are very friendly and responsive. They are thorough and a great company to work with.

They have been satisfactory. I have had them come out twice for emergency situations. They have been good at responding to me and providing the oil for me. They come all times of the day and night and they have been prompt.

They did everything fine. Scheduling an appointment was good. There were two people here doing the work. The price was competitive.

I can count on them to deliver when I need them. I can rely on them. They are a little higher in price.

They were supposed to come out when I called. I have a two zone heat and one of the zone valves went out. They quoted us an outrageous price to repair it. The manager told us they would take a look at it once it came across the desk. They never got back to us and we had to call them to follow up. The owner said the price was justifiable so we ended our service with them. I was completely disappointed with them.

We had been using for about 15 years. We are very pleased with them. We only experienced one bump in the road ever. We transfered to natural gas.

They do a very good job. They do not fix things that do not need fixing. It is usually pretty easy to get an appointment but most recently it took about 2 months to get an appointment. They are not the cheapest.

The guy who spoke to me was rude and pushy!! After refusing to provide a quote and dismissing anything I said then he began to become upset because I wouldn't sign up for a locked in plan for 1 year. After telling him my needs again he directed me to a website and then hung up on me. Will NOT be doing business with them ever! Give me the small companies who may charge a little more, but who really value customer service! Kindness goes a real long way with my money!

"Inherited" company from former homeowner. Paid for Gold service plan. Service personnel were great--very professional and helpful. However , prices were high--complicated pricing plans... the one we chose cost $200 to lock in. Unclear invoices, can't tell what's going on with your bills or see info or pay online. Prices kept escalating.... was always another $600 due. When calling, received conflicting information. For example, I was told that for only $15 addl per month we could get on their Platinum Plan and thus be eligible for free replacement of our furnace if it died-- that since our furnace had been inspected, we could easily enroll in the better plan. BUT when we tried to upgrade (we called in May), we were told that our furnace first needed to be inspected before we could qualify for the Platinum Plan... and the first available appointment for this was in LATE DECEMBER. We declined to be shafted any farther and started shopping around for a new furnace and better company. Unfortunately, we needed an oil delivery over the summer and got reamed for a delivery. They wanted $1200 to close the account. We found another company with easy pricing plan, and locked in for FREE at a lower rate than we got for $200 with Leffler. And we financed a new fyrnace with them as well (got estimates from both companies--competitor again was better). They harassed us for a while about dropping their service--told us we "had to" talk to a few different people to do this. But once we made it clear that we'd signed a contract with another company, they stopped. Only thing I will miss is their great service guys who went "above and beyond," to kept our old furnace running, long past its prime.

I've been doing business with them for 20 years. The annual contract for heating is $400. They take a while to set me up. I think if you have an emergency, they'll be right out. They give me a bracket of when they'll come and they have never left me hanging.

The company, rather than pumping what I had ordered, filled the entire tank. They told me that it was their right because I had a service contract. They came to pump what I did not order. When they were there, they took all that they had over delivered and even took some of what I had paid for.

They did a wonderful and professional job. Everything was good. They improved my energy consumption.

Removal and site prepwork was done very quickly. Leffler had made it clear ahead of time that we might not have heast or hot water after the first day of installation. This was agreed upon by us, so it wasn't an issue. The system installation was completed the second day, and we were instructed on how to use the new thermostats, since some of the programmable units can be very confusing. The Honeywell focusPRO series are very user friendly.

They come out and fill my heater with oil when it gets low. They do a good job.

We can't complain about the service but the pricing keeps changing and we have seen the prices go up over time. They justify the pricing based on what the oil companies charge but when we called another oil company to see what they charge, we found Leffler charging us a lot more. Although we were on their price protection plan which was supposed to give us better rates than if we were not on that plan, still the prices were extremely over the top.
