Horrible customer service & very unreliable. Had a service plan for 2 years. One of many issues we had was the only time we had maintenance done we voiced a few concerns and they were ignored. We called them to send out a different employee to address the concerns we had - they agreed we needed parts replaced and said they would order them and call us to schedule a time to install the parts when they arrived - after which we never heard from them again. When our service plan expired we called to once again voice our concerns and let them know that we wouldn’t be renewing our service plan. At which point we were transferred to a representative that tried to convince us to pay them an additional $500 to remove our oil tank and leftover oil. We were in absolute shock that after hearing our complaints & telling them we would no longer be doing business with them that they then proceeded to ask us for more money without hesitation.

Okay. Wasn't expecting needing a new oil tank. Chimney cap was a good idea issued by them.

I have had three different techs do maintenance and each of them did a great job and they were friendly. I called them twice with furnace issues and they came that day. I am happy with their services.

They were prompt, did a great job and told us about a problem

Job was cometed In a timely manner and efficiently. They cleared the area of any debris.

A a plus very happy with the service.

Annual service contract was completed on furnace.

I use Leffler for (predictive) heating oil delivery and I have their gold package for furnace maintenance. They are communicative when something seems out of whack, helpful and outstanding overall.

A Plus, the gies did a great job and went above and beyond.I'd recommend them on any job!

EXCELLENT JOB AND CLEAN-UP. I WILL DEF CONTINUE TO USE THIS COMPANY FOR FUTURE HEATING ISSUES & RELIGIOUSLY PURCHASE THEIR SERVICE CONTRACT. THEY ARE REASONABLE & TRUSTWORTHY. THIS IS A RENTAL UNIT & THE TENANT HAS BEEN VERY PLEASED.

We have an auto refill for our fuel oil tank. Service was fine; however the price seemed high compared to other providers. They provided some other options to assist in lowering the price in the future.

Worked relentlessly to deliver oil in a snow storm. Thank you for keeping my family and pets safe during one of the coldest days of the year.

Needed a oil provider and they took time and helped me through the process and showed up on time and took great care of the issue I was having.

Heater serviced with care and oil always delivered on time

When I signed up with Leffler the representative that came to my home told me I would be locked in at one price for an entire year and would not pay a higher price but if prices dropped I would pay the lower price. What the representative failed to tell me was that the price he gave me was just for the 1st delivery and after that I would be locked in at a higher price. I called and went all the way to the top to try and resolve this issue. However, they did not care and told me I was locked in at the higher price for that year. Then of course when I wanted to cancel they told me I would have to pay $400 for an early cancellation fee. So after that I believe I stretched it out for only 1 other delivery after that because of course I did not want to pay $400 for their mess up nor did I want to continue to give them my hard earn money. I personally am all about customer service and they failed miserably with customer service. It's all about the dollar sign with them not about keeping a customer happy. So yes when my year was up I cancelled and I will be going with another company.

Service tech came promptly, fixed the problem, and now everything is great!

This message is to inform all customers/potential customers about my experience with Leffler Energy. This Outstanding company provides excellent and timely service. I would like to commend Anne Stoudt for taking the time to call me directly concerning the problematic issue I had over the weekend. Ms. Stoudt attentively listened to my problem and immediately responded and resolved the issue with integrity and professionalism. I am happy and satisfied with the resolution. If you are looking for cooling/heating services and looking for a company who treats their customers fairly and honorable then I recommend Leffler Energy and give them five stars. Joel J.
