Leffler Energy

I use Leffler for (predictive) heating oil delivery and I have their gold package for furnace maintenance. They are communicative when something seems out of whack, helpful and outstanding overall.

Just to much run around with the credit department. There was no communication between any of the representatives we talked to and it took far to many phone calls to finally resolve an issue that should have only taken one.

Leffler and their predecessor saved our butt when I had a leak in my fuel oil tank. They got a truck out as soon as possible and sucked the oil out so I didn't have a hazardous waste mess in my basement. I can't thank them enough for that.

Smoothly at regular intervals so as not to run out. Good monthly budget payments set up for year round budget plan.

Job was cometed In a timely manner and efficiently. They cleared the area of any debris.

We have an auto refill for our fuel oil tank. Service was fine; however the price seemed high compared to other providers. They provided some other options to assist in lowering the price in the future.

Worked relentlessly to deliver oil in a snow storm. Thank you for keeping my family and pets safe during one of the coldest days of the year.

Needed a oil provider and they took time and helped me through the process and showed up on time and took great care of the issue I was having.

I was on empty and they quickly made arrangements to fit me in.

Annual service contract was completed on furnace.

Fine. work was done as scheduled with no problems.

They have problems sending receipts for payments over the phone but send multiple emails requesting a review., proving that they do in fact have the correct email address. I have had to call them for billing issues on more than one occasion. On a positive though, I have never ran out of oil since the contract with them, unfortunately they do not reward loyal customers with lower rates. My rates just keep climbing.

I have had three different techs do maintenance and each of them did a great job and they were friendly. I called them twice with furnace issues and they came that day. I am happy with their services.

They were prompt, did a great job and told us about a problem

When I signed up with Leffler the representative that came to my home told me I would be locked in at one price for an entire year and would not pay a higher price but if prices dropped I would pay the lower price. What the representative failed to tell me was that the price he gave me was just for the 1st delivery and after that I would be locked in at a higher price. I called and went all the way to the top to try and resolve this issue. However, they did not care and told me I was locked in at the higher price for that year. Then of course when I wanted to cancel they told me I would have to pay $400 for an early cancellation fee. So after that I believe I stretched it out for only 1 other delivery after that because of course I did not want to pay $400 for their mess up nor did I want to continue to give them my hard earn money. I personally am all about customer service and they failed miserably with customer service. It's all about the dollar sign with them not about keeping a customer happy. So yes when my year was up I cancelled and I will be going with another company.

Service tech came promptly, fixed the problem, and now everything is great!

I would like to commend Anne Stoudt for taking the time to call me directly concerning the problematic issue I had over the weekend. Ms. Stoudt attentively listened to my problem and immediately responded and resolved the issue with integrity and professionalism. I am happy and satisfied with the resolution. If you are looking for cooling/heating services and looking for a company who treats their customers fairly and honorable then I recommend Leffler Energy and give them five stars. Joel J.
