Their oil prices are far from reasonable, for example - every years when it comes around renewal time, they will persistently call you to speak about the prices. They always put the fear of doubt in your mind when they say the prices could increase. If you shop around, and then tell them the prices of the competitors, they will likely match those prices.We are currently uncertain if we are going to renew with them again, Consider this: I had a call with them on 4/24, and these were the rates they quoted me: Ceiling (Cap) price: 4.329 Fee for using service: 184.00 Fixed price plan rate: 4.389 Service Contract: $314.00 Today, 5/24, I called and these are the rates: Ceiling (Cap) price: 4.089 Fee for using service: 177.00 Fixed price plan rate: 4.049 Service Contract: $314.00 I also called a competitor and received the following rates: Ceiling (Cap) price: 3.799 Fee for using service: 99.00, but waived if a service contract is purchased Service contract: $239.95 Fixed price plan rate: I didn't ask So, if you shop around, you will find Leffler to be a bit on the higher side, but you also have the service and reliability they always proclaim. They also do make payment arrangements when times are tough, they are very flexible.

They are very responsive, when I have a problem that needs immediate attention, they will schedule it accordingly

We have a service plan with them and have been using them for 12 years. They are good. The price is fine.

They came there 3 times till the problem was solved to our satisfaction. We weren't charged for every visit, until the problem was resolved. They're not expensive. They know our furnace now, and I will continue to use them.

My furnace kept going off and they were coming repeatedly. They came and figured out the problem, as well as fixed it. They give you all sorts of choices and tell you what is available. I will use them again in future.

They do a good job. We use them all the time. We have a maintenance agreement with them. They come out twice a year for maintenance. Since our system is old we have had them out many times. They come right away and they fix it for us. They even come out in the middle of the night if we need them.

They are professional. They are always on time with their delivery and their prices are moderate. I will continue to use them in the future.

I have used them for 28 years. Everything was fine, but I could not afford to pay 50 or 60 cents a gallon more for their service the last time. I had an automatic payment made to them, but they were too expensive. Their work was wonderful, and I never ran out of oil. They were punctual and just great. I always felt like they did a good job, but I will not be using them again.
