+ -1 moreThey did the job in one hour. They did a good job. Their responsiveness was not too good. They took some time to come in. They were punctual. They were here 15 minutes before they were scheduled.
Description of Work: Lancaster Building Supply Windows & Doors replaced about 13 windows yesterday.

replacement windows
+ -1 moreThey replaced 7 windows with what was advertised as their best window of three categories with lifetime warranty. They have been out 3 times to correct instalation errors. We have water damage to 1st floor ceiling due to caulking failure. We have now had failures of the double pane seals in all 7 windows.The company replaced 4 windows although I had to install them myself. After that I was told that Lancaster Building Supply no longer dealt with the manufacturer. At that point I was given a letter with contact info and told I was on my own. When I questioned the value of the advertised lifetime warranty I was treated quite rudely and told they no longer had any responsibility
Description of Work: Lancaster Building Supply replaced all 7 windows on our 2nd floor . We selected the windows advertised as "best" with a lifetime warranty.
