Description of Work: They painted my kitchen. It had a crackle finish from the previous owner so that had to be taken care of first. Joel's was timely and very professional. The did a GREAT job.

Description of Work: This was an extensive painting and restoration job on an old house involving, in addition to painting, extensive surface preparation of wood trim, complete restoration of the wood porch railing including replacement of a rotted post and filling of wood damaged by carpenter bees, and paint removal from a concrete porch floor. | |Joel's Painting gave realistic estimates for the work that needed to be done, did very high quality work on both surface preparation and painting, was willing to work with the customer to find solutions to some difficult issues encountered in carpentry and restoration, and had the resources, including connections with outside consultants, to realize those solutions. | |I am very satisfied with the end product and consider the cost to be appropriate to the quantity and quality of work performed. (Since that is my only criterion, I do not assign a letter grade for price.) | |

Description of Work: I did not use them!

Description of Work: Interior painting of hallway, foyer, living and dining rooms plus ceiling. Joel does a good job on all prep work and applied two coats of quality paint. Everyone was very courteous and respectful of all furniture, fixtures and ornaments.
