It had been fine. I've used them for quite a few years now. I like the guy that comes. He is a good guy.

I've been using them for years and while I think they are a bit expensive, they usually do a good job. They spray for the things I ask for and also spray for seasonal critters/bugs I may not know about. Had mice at my previous location and they were very responsive whenever I called (sometimes coming as often as every other week for a while). Not only did he put out traps, but he spent several minutes (sometimes up to 30 mins) searching throughout the house looking for possible entry points. A different employee even showed me how to check for bed bugs.

Since it is a service where they send someone out to do it your experience will probably vary, you can call and ask the company for someone different if you don't like the person. We've never done that before. The guy who comes out here will ask you questions about how you're doing and how your various pursuits are going, we've had him for a couple of years and he remembers stuff like that. Our guy is not always punctual, sometimes he will arrive a little early or late. It's hard to predict. When he does get there the service is taken care of usually within 10-15 minutes. We haven't had many problems with the insects that they promise that they will get rid of. It's a very high quality of service. They always accommodate requests and are usually quite punctual, but occasional we have problems where we are waiting extended amounts of time. They are very professional.

We have a contract with them until April. The experience has not been good. The problem we have with them is scheduling. They show up and do the work. They will call a day or two prior to coming out but they only come to my area on certain days so if we call and want them to come on other days they will not make another trip. Scheduling with them is a nightmare. They will come out and do the exterior; then they leave a note telling us to call to schedule the interior. We call them but they won't come on the days that we are home. They don't really work with the customers like we think they should; it is difficult. We called to see if we could get out of the contract because they aren't doing the interior, but they won't let us out. They will come every 3 months or when they are supposed to but if we are not home they won't treat the interior. If we were always home they would be great. Their prices are about where we would expect. They do come when they say they will. Once we are finished with the contract, we will not use them.
