Description of Work: The company installed a light fixture in my dining room. They did an ok job however, there was an issue with the deal that they didn't honor. Because it was almost a year ago, I don't remember all the specifics or details. I just remember being disappointed and a little upset so I made a note not to use them anymore.

I am sorry to hear that your first experience with us left you unhappy. Looking back through our records it shows you had contacted us and left a voice mail on September 28th 2012. On October 1st, Mr. Brubaker responded with an email apologizing about his delayed response due to being on vacation and out of the office. The email stated if you had any further questions about the toilet issues to please call his cell phone and number was provided. We are sorry if there was any miscommunication through out this process as we do have a return call gaurentee.

Description of Work: Tom Brubaker came in and checked the chimney and found flashing issues and they replaced that. They cleaned the back gutters as they had mold.

Description of Work: I had a light in the bedroom that needed replacing. when the gentleman got there he was very professional. the job took about an hour. he needed to crawl up into the attic which was a very small entrance. good thing he was tall and skinny. put a new bok in hung the light everything looks great. he did such a great job I asked for an estimate for another job my husband keeps putting off. I will definitely use them again As the weather gets warmer I have some work to be done on my front porch.

Description of Work: We had to have our ceiling replaced, which required removal of the old material and a complete new installation. We also had some patching done. Everything was completed beautifully and to our satisfaction. Everyone was a pleasure to work with, and they bent over backwards to be responsive to phone calls, emails, etc.
