We called a certified stucco expert and we have a product called Flexlite. This product needs to be installed properly or you have water issues like ours. The cost to repair this is over $30,000. This doesn't include the inside of our house or roof. We believe the builder knew what these findings were caused by and chose to look the other way. We would never recommend this builder.
Description of Work: We purchased our house from Hogan Residential in Lancaster, PA and moved in November 2001. We have had water leaking in the front of our house from the master bedroom (top floor), to the family room (middle level), right down through the garage (ground level). Hogan comes to put a quick fix on this every 5th call. He never really fixes the problem or tells us what the real problem is. Through Angie's List we found a qualified roofer, since we need a new roof. There are issues with quality and some areas of installation of the roof. We contacted Owens Corning and shingles and completed forms were sent to them. Hopefully we will hear from them soon.
