 + 0 moreI had used Hess Central Vacuum previously to perform repairs to components of the central vacuum system so naturally I contacted him again when another component of this very old system finally failed. Mr. Hess was always informative when performing work. When I explained the problems he remembered my system and suggested an aftermarket replacement kit rather than just replacing components with OEM equipment. Although it was a little more expensive than the OEM components would have been, I am so happy he made the suggestion. He did not pressure me to up sell me but he showed the difference in features. The price was very reasonable. I checked online after the purchase and found the same kit for much more money than he charged. He worked around my schedule.
Description of Work: Sold me a replacement power brush and hose kit for my central vacuum system.
