+ 1 moreGeorge Hathy and his daughter Autumn went above and beyond to research and borrow jewelry for me to find for my wedding day. They had special jewelry shipped to their location and allowed me to take the jewelry home to try it on, trusting me and communicating with me frequently to best meet my needs/wishes for the wedding. They were prompt to resize and clean rings when needed and have always kept their word about cost/pricing. When my jewelry needs to be cleaned or resized they never charge me and they are prompt and accommodating around my crazy work schedule. They have been extremely personable, and by the end of doing business with them after my wedding, I felt like they were part of my family!
Description of Work: This family owned small business makes shopping for jewelry a pleasure. I leave feeling well informed and taken care of. I never have to worry about their quality and honesty because they have proven themselves to be reliable and beyond professional. In fact, personal phone calls is how George does his business. He is prompt and accurate. They are always making copies, and handling jewelry with care. they don't force sales on you and ask great questions to find out what our personal interests are. they were willing to swallow a postage cost to help me find a watch for my husband for overseas. they are loyal, responsible, considerate and personal. George and Autumn are a father/daughter duo that made purchasing our wedding rings, bridal party gifts and engagement ring a true pleasure. We will use George Hathy for all our jewelry needs, but they also carry great gifts and fine art/clothing.
