+ -1 moreAt the suggestion of our tile installer we contacted Travis at H2 for a proposal for a new shower door. We went with H2 and have been impressed with Travis and the team at H2. From the price to the product, we are very happy. They are professional and polite, and I highly recommend them.
Description of Work: We got a very nice trackless shower door.

+ -1 moreNot very good. The installer was nice enough. And indicated they have alot of problems keeping things straight.
Description of Work: A total cluster with this company. The people seemed nice enough, just dopey as ****. I had to arrange to be home from work for 3 days while these clowns tried to get their **** together. They arrived 4 hours late on the first visit. Didn't show up on time for the second visit, then called when they were already 4 hours later, to reschedule for the following day. Then showed up 3 hours late the next day, and with the wrong sliding glass shower door that they had measured for on a previous visit. I couldn't afford any more time off dealing with these people. Requested and received a full refund.

Description of Work: The finished glass shower doors look great. But some employees seemed disinterested in our project. The first installer made a big mistake that could have been avoided with better communication and the mistake delayed completion of our project. To their credit, the mistake was corrected, but better communication could have made this a much better experience. There was no problem with the doors themselves and they are very nice.

Description of Work: We replaced the shower door on the master bathroom. The salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable about his products and pointed us in the right direction. The door was installed today and the installer was careful, through, and cleaned up when he was done. I am very pleased with the overall process and would most definitely buy from these people again.

+ -1 moreWent very smoothly. I was a little bit irrated when they did not have the rubber cleaner for the door. They were out. I find it a little amazing you can run out of something like that when you sell glass doors. The drove it by my house two days after the door was installed.
Description of Work: I had a walk in shower that need a glass door. The sales rep came out and we discussed type of doors. He gave me a web site to go and look at different doors as well as a catalogue. Choose the door, handle and proceeded with the purchase. It took about two weeks for the door to arrive. The installer arrived on time...put drapes down, very clean. Door went in beautifully. No hassle.
