Description of Work: Sprayed for yellow jacket infestation (inside and outside). Infestation was so bad that we had a repeat spraying. They came out on a Sunday because of my husband's allergy to the yellow jackets which seemed to be getting into the house so easily that we didn't want to wait until Monday for them to be sprayed.

Description of Work: Consultation and investigation of ants. Resultant determination was that no action was necessary.

Description of Work: They are working on eliminating voles on my property. It is taking a bit longer and a bit more expensive than I thought it would. At this time it is still an ongoing service.

Description of Work: This price was for an initial visit. The recurring price will be approx. $100. | |This provider did a standard home pest control treatment. It was done as anticipated and the result has been effective with no pests seen since it was completed.

Description of Work: Had a problem with yellow jackets getting behind the vinyl siding of our house but Dominion determined the quantity was insufficient to perform an extermination effort. They were extremely knowledgeable and professional. Would not accept any payment as they felt they had not rendered any services.

Description of Work: First time used, very successful with stink bug control. Somewhat rigid with scheduling return visit, but nice workers. Then, second season, no obvious effectiveness with treatment...after third return, finally told us that product had been changed, as well as amount used per visit. They can repeat, but then again you have the rigid scheduling. I understand they work within regulations, just wish they had been a bit more forthcoming the second season.
