Description of Work: I have been pleased with the quality and price of items purchased through Direct Buy, but it doesn't pay to join unless you really intend on using the service. The new show room is not as nice, or as well staffed, as the old one was, but I do most of my business with them online.

Description of Work: Only went to open house. Was a high pressure sales meeting that turned us off; only checked one price on sample fixture and savings were not found to be as good as advertised when looking at total cost delivered to your home.

Very smooth process in ordering the correct items from the manufacturers. The front office staff were very personable. Email communications were timely and accurate. I believe the operation is so much improved under this new management and at the new location

We got a discount on flooring, cabinets, appliances, and all kinds of things for the home. They were excellent. They find the appliance that you want and get it to a warehouse saving you money. They deal with top of the line name brand products. We will continue to use their service.
