Decks Etc Power Washing

They are 40 per cent cheaper. They were good. They cleaned everything I asked them to do. They were cheaper. They were here on time.

Good work done. Professional workers. Difficulty in sheduling due to weather and personal schedule was worked through with the owner of the business.

I can't remember if it was Jim or Drew who came out to provide me with the initial estimate, but either way, by the end of the job, I had spoken with both and they were both very courteous and friendly. The estimate for the entire job (minus some needed repairs) was reasonable. When they arrived, they got to work and the job ended up being significantly more difficult to remove the previous deck stain. I was called and they let me know that the job would take longer, maybe an additional day or 2, and expected to be told of additional charges due to the extra time, but they told me that the cost would not change. I was very impressed by that jesture. In the end, there were a few extra costs associated with the job, but they were for repair work which wasn't part of the original estimate. They also showed me the areas that were in need of repair. WIth the old staining, the wood-rot wasn't noticeable, but after the stain was removed, the damage was evident and needed repair or the deck would not have been safe. The cost of the repairs was very reasonable as well. All in all, I have no complaints about this company. They did a great job and the deck looks fantastic. I will definitely use them again when it is time to re-stain the deck.

We first had an appraisal done by Drew, who was on time, professional and courteous- a good first impression. We made an appointment for power washing, they came on the wrong day. The work was done well; however, the job was incomplete. The owner/manager was rude and impatient over the phone when we called to ask them to complete the work. He scheduled a return visit, but no one ever came back out. About 2 months later we were called to ask why we had not paid the bill, and we responded that they had not completed the job. It took weeks for someone to come back out, but even then they did not complete the work we requested. Very unprofessional, and seemingly unable to stick to appointment times or follow service requests. Would not recommend.

Everything went well. They were competitively priced, and it was easy to work with them.

Excellent. Jim was personable and responsive. The house and the decks look great. I wish I had had it done years ago.

He did great! It was a fantastic job, and the price was reasonable. He showed up on time and did exactly what he said he would do. He cleaned up after himself and there was no mess. I would hire him again!

It was really good! They did the job when they were supposed to and they did it for the price they said they would. They were clean, and I didn't have any issues with them. I was under a time crunch and they were able to get the work completed in a timely manner; in fact, I think they helped me sell my house!
