+ -1 moreHenry fixed it. He gave us a list of 'symptoms' and connectivity stas that we can use when we need to contact the ISP.
Description of Work: He restored a laptop to internet. He found a service that I was paying for twice and helped me set it up correctly. He removed Mal-ware and a virus. He contacted internet provider and worked with them to find a solution to limited connectivity.
