We are a small consulting business, established 1985, focused on adapting older buildings to new and modern uses for commercial, institutional, and residential activities. We can offer limited advice and guidance, but also capable of preparing design and construction plans for full renovations and new construction, including sensitively-designed additions to older structures. We are licensed architects and qualified planning and preservation consultants.
