+ -1 moreTechnician was familiar with equipment and was able to reset password. Several weeks later the system back up battery failed. I phoned company and they sent me a replacement battery that I installed myself and avoided another service call. System is up and running.
Description of Work: Alarm inspection, master password reset and battery replacement.
