Josh was great. He figured out what was wrong and went above and beyond to fix the problem. Even after he fixed the broken brace, he replaced tubing to make the drainage more efficient. He even let my son watch and narrated what he was doing while my son watched. He patiently answered my son's questions and encouraged "played along" with my son's pretend work as a repairman.

It was great! Keven was wonderful and replaced the shower cartridge and the shower is stronger than it has ever been since the house was built. He was a gentleman and cleaned up the shower and wore booties in the house. I give him a 100%. I will always use Ben Franklin for my pluming needs.
