You purchased one of our $79 for $200 of plumbing services big deals on June 16, 2014. This deal is valid for $200 of any type of plumbing service. In reviewing the notes for your situation, you wanted to have 3 toilets replaced with customer supplied units, and there was an issue of water pressure in the master bath. After our plumber arrived and evaluated the jobs to be done, he presented you with the prices to perform this work. You elected to only make the fix for the water pressure issue at that time which was certainly your right to decide. Our plumber performed the work and completed the job. It is our practice to present the price of our work to each customer prior to beginning of any job. This allows you as the customer the ability to know exactly how much the cost will be and the information to make the decision that best suits your needs. If this did not happen on this call, please let us know, but based on the notes from our plumber, it appears that you were presented with the prices for these jobs and made an educated decision. We understand your choice to not proceed with any or all of the work we suggested. I’m sorry if there was any confusion with this call.
