Surprised me with the cost of simply replacing a faucet. The said they had to cut in an access panel when the plumbing was accessible from the front. Recommended that I buy their faucet vs. the one I purchased at Home Depot (which is perfectly fine) - at an additional $300.
Very expensive. Decent work, but will not use again because of the cascading costs.

"Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry that you were not satisfied with parts of our service and would like to address these issues. While working on plumbing in a shower, if there is not already an existing access panel in place, it is very common to install one. This makes accessing the area considerably easier at the time as well as in the future. Faucets purchased at retail locations can certainly serve a purpose. We have found that they can be problematic resulting in customers taking on the hassle of going to the store and trying to get repair parts, plus paying for repair labor. We feel that our faucets are better products that additionally come with a labor warranty. Thank you for letting us know these concerns. The provider came to our house to fix a clog in our kitchen sink but by the time he arrived the next day it had fixed itself. The provider was very helpful to explain how we could fix the situation in future and even gave my wife some pointers about the garbage disposal.

When I needed my faucet fixed I was somewhat disappointed that I received a sales pitch after he diagnosed the problem. However, the technician was nice to work with. It appears the Big Deal I purchased prompted this sales pitch. I still plan to use them in the future.

Derek showed up on time. He was very informative and explained everything step by step. We were very impressed and signed up for a service contract. Our dog and cat approved of him, and if they like him, he is approved by the humans.

The plumber arrived promptly at the time decided upon and thoroughly inspected the outdoor spigots that were leaking. He adjusted them and now they work perfectly. The plumber was pleasant and capable. I am extremely happy with the service that was performed, and I'll be calling Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and recommending them to others whenever a problem arises. They will become our "Go To" plumbers from now on.

Wrote a review this morning...things went well but was charged an additional $79 for the service call even with the $100 deal I got on this website. They called to cancel that charge--it was a mistake! Glad they fixed it!

They were on time, professional and cleaned up. The only thing I question is why there was an additional $79 charge for a service call when I purchased the deal for outside faucet replacement for $100. The total was $179 then.

They're coming back today because the problem has reoccurred and they're going to put a camera down the line to see what's going on. They told me they have a supersonic jet thing that can get anything out. We now have a service contract with them.
