I had a great experience

Plumber was prompt and seemed efficient the first visit. They had to return to reseat flange after it shifted. He insisted it “couldn’t have moved”. Finally agreed to redo it but is still higher then past ones. Lesson learned and I guess it’s worth waiting for regular plumber then “convenience” of prompt service. Lesson learned.

Benjamin Franklin was great!! Our plumber was courteous, detailed, explained every step of our process costs and the time it would take to complete and did wonderful work!. 5 star service and 5 star company. I’d definitely hire them again, particularly our guy!

Came out on time, found the issue and solved it without any drama

Focused more on selling me a water softener and de-chlorinator than on fixing my immediate problem, which was water leaking into my basement. Caulked where he thought my leak might be coming from. His solution was not the problem, nor were other potential solutions he tried to sell me. I felt overcharged for what I received.

On time, done quickly, first rate service.

Arrived on time, worked quickly and left my basement cleaner than when they arrived.

andy patrick was wonderful, very friendly and helpful, gave me tips on how to prevent further issues and how to resolve myself if it happens again. this guy deserves a raise

Great customer service, quick response, professional work. Cost was out of sight expensive for water heater replacement. They made a one time customer out of me because of cost.

Had an emergency...they came right out and fixed my problem

Quality professional work, but i think a little over priced. They will do a good job but your going to pay for it.

When our well pump went up I was thinking it would take a few days to repair! It took a diagnostic and estimate to start the work THE SAME DAY! All our problems were fixed in one day! I was extremely relieved!

They did a really good job in one day. But pricey.

Brennan was really helpful and took the time to look over all of the plumbing in my newly renovated house, not just the problem area.

The men that came out were all respectful. It took them three men with three trips to my house for them to fix the problem. They were determined to find the problem. The supervisor, Ed, finally found the problem. The prior work that they tried and it wasn't the problem, replacing of valve, cost me over $300. The valve wasn't the problem but I didn't receive a credit or the original valve put back on. My only negative comment is the cost of parts and service was high in my opinion on top of a service call. They are committed to fixing the problem and professional.
